"i bought an epox 8kta3+ motherboard and fortunatly got the product on time. however when me and a friend were putting my computer together we noticed that one of the pins on the jumpers was missing on the "suspend to ram" jumper. i went to get an rma for my mobo, so i went to the website to get an e-mail address. i find out that there website is down or not there. i am very disapointed in their service. i wish i had known about this website before so i could see if they are a reputable company. i am very disapointed that i can not get my money back for a defective product. i guess that their low prices reflects their so called "quality service". NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!"

"Bunta sucks. 3 days after i purchased my order i tried to goto their website to track my order and it was down, then i tried calling and their phone line had been disconnected. I tried e-mailing and no success there either. I waited 3 weeks and tried again, same results. I dont know if they went out of business or what, but they never charged my card so i ordered from www.buymstar.com and i am very happy with my new computer parts i recieved from www.buymstar.com. NEVER ORDER FROM WWW.BUNTA.COM!!!!"
"I ordered a couple odds and ends for a customer in October. The order says the items are on back order, but they billed my credit card anyway. I contacted them 3 times telling them that it is illegal to bill a card before items are shipped out and that I have already purchased these items elsewhere. I instructed them to cancel this order. After several attempts to cancel this order with no response from them, I told them I will dispute this charge with my credit card company. It is going on 4 months now, I still have not received a response from them, and my items are still on backorder. No refund has been made, so I am leaving it up to my credit card company to sort this mess out. "
"!!! Warning!!! Warning!!! Do not use this company at ALL! I ordered a 19" monitor, and an Asus A7V8G motherboard for the AMD XP Processor, and have not received it yet. I have tried calling all numbers listed, with no answers of course. Their website is down, and I can't get anyone to return an email since the 29th of november. My last email said that my order would ship around the 2nd of December. This computer was supposed to be a Christmas Present, and now noone will even let me know that the company has gone out of business and that refunds will not be happening. Has Anyone heard anything? "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I was one of the lucky ones, what I order actually MADE it to me, but when my A7V333 went bad and I needed it RMAed, yeah RIGHT! They have NO customer service, NO tech support, nothing--they are simply there to (sometimes) get rid of products, and that is it. Repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! PLEASE JUST LEAVE OUR SHORES WITH YOUR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!"
"Bunta Tech is my first bad online buying experience after many, many purchases from many very reputable resellers. Placed my order on Nov. 15th, and on Nov. 16th I got an email confirming my membership account. Later that same day I got an email with my order number and a ship date of the 18th. On the 18th, I called my credit card company and verified that they had indeed billed my card. The order had 3 day shipping. I waited and waited. I waited till the 24th and tried to call them. Guess what? It's all automated and you can't get a live person, ever! I called at all hours, no luck. I sent numerous emails, no reply! Finally, I sent 3 separate emails cancelling my order. Still no reply. I called credit card company a reported them, and they are currently investigating. STAY AWAY from these people, they are crooks. I wish to God I had known about this site sooner!"
"Placed my order for an MSI Ti4400 on 10/14, and have not received the item requested. I emailed accounting@bunta.com and alex@bunta.com for a refund, after receiving no response from the other email addresses (both via the form and otherwise) and initially they confirmed that the money would be refunded. Then, I received the following email: -------------------- Dear Sirs,
Our Merchant account was closed and all fund are held in our VISA/Master processing company, so we are not able to process refund at this moment! Please dispute charge from your credit card company!

"I ordered 512MB of DDR333 Samsung memory on 11/24/02. Item was identified as in stock. Order price included UPS 3rd day. It is now 12/5/05 and I cannot find a live body at Bunta. If you call in on their toll-free number, the recording says "Thank you for calling", and it hangs up on you. The direct dial number asks you for input for the department you want to talk to, and you then get the same result as above. I have cancelled my order, but I am not sure that they even got that, because they also do not acknowledge e-mail inquiries regarding your order. I will never use them again!"
