"Worst online company I've ever dealt with. On May 29th, 2013, I bought my first bulb and housing for my 73" WD-73734 Mitsubishi TV. On May 31st, it shipped. According to their website it is original. They claim the manufacturer is "Mitsubishi". That's pure BULL****. Well, it didn't fit. It took about 3 days for them to figure out what I should do. On June 7th, they finally came up with me sending that back and they would send me just the bulb and I could just replace that. OK. 3 more days and I get my replacement bulb. That didn't fit either. Now, 3 days after I've let them know about the situation all I get is Anna Maria Piazza's voice mail. Forget the oriental chick who is the first wave of communication, I couldn't understand her english. All in all, very dishonest company claiming to sell OEM parts when in actuality it's cheap, non-fitting, non-spec goods. Because of this company, our family has been without our baby for 2 weeks now. I'll never buy anything from them again that is supposed to "fit" into something. It's been hell dealing with this company."

"Ordered a set of 26 Philips EnduraLED BR30 bulbs from them through sears. Was expecting the current version of the bulbs, and was instead shipped the previous generation.

I called to ask about exchanging them for the correct version and was told there would be an upcharge. At this point I said I wanted a return label and I would return for a refund. They told me I had to pay for shipping, and would have a 15% restocking fee (that magically shrank to 10% when I pointed out their sears policies) .

I explained that I ordered what was explained on the site as the bulbs, and nowhere did it mention it was the previous generation(one assumes that a listing for a product should always be the current generation unless otherwise specified). The listing was vague at best, and they should be honoring what I expected to receive, or at least give a full refund (no restocking fee, refunding shipping, provide label to return ship).

This started a long argument going back and forth with myself and one of their customer service reps. Every time I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, I was given a different excuse.

They rationalize their position by pointing out that the model on the sears listing I bought it from says a 6 digit number that they claim represents the unit I bought. The problem is that this number is not even on the box, the model number is entirely different then what the Sears site I bought the bulbs from says."

"Bait and switch tactics. Ordered dimmers packs shown as "in stock" and received a call stating they were not. I was pressured to order a more expensive dimmer and declined. I told them I could wait for the other units to come in stock, he told me he could not let me wait as he didn't know when it would be available. I got the impression the item would never be available since it was only bait for the bait and switch. After asking to cancel the order they told me they would "upgrade" me for free and I agreed. The only problem was the upgrade was no upgrade at all. The dimmer costs more on their website, but when I received it, I realized it did not meet the specification I needed and had a bunch of "features" I didn't need. The dimming curve was so bad it was unusable as a dimmer. It malfunctioned and I took it apart and fixed it. When I had the case open I noticed the circuit board was about 25% full of components. I'm guessing this was manufactured on the same line as a higher quality dimmer and all the quality components were left off. The unit does seem to function fine as just a relay pack so that is how I'm using it. In conclusion: This company could probably be useful to save some money but be careful and know exactly what you are getting in to. Personally, I don't think I will be going back."

"I got a call from them saying they would only be shipping 50% of my order of OZONE light bulbs due to inventory issues. I told them OK, but "adjust" my charge on my AMEX card to reflect this. That call from them was over a week ago, so far I have check with AMEX, NO ADJUSTMENT, they continue to bill me for the FULL order. Therefore I am calling AMEX today to cancel the order."
