"I tried buying these bulbs at Lowes but they didn't stock them. The sales person was kind enough to do some research for me and found that bulb connection .com carried them. I went on line and ordered the bulbs and they arrived very quickly. I am a very satisfied customer"

"I did an internet search for the bulb for a Kodak Carousel 750 slide projector, and thankfully got a hit for BulbConnection. I ordered the bulb for this "antique" projector from them. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, and the manufacturer no longer regularly produces this bulb. But the sales rep (I think his name was Cory) actually called me from BulbConnection, gave me the availability news, had already found the bulb I needed at a nearby competitor, and even checked their stock. Cory very graciously referred me to them and even gave me the order info, since the other co.'s cross reference system is not nearly as good as BulbConnection's. I HEARTILY RECOMMEND doing business with BulbConnection at any opportunity. "

"First, this is a great site with great selection and lots of information on the specialty bulbs they offer. I needed replacement bulbs for 12v halogen pendant lamps. The old bulbs had too little information to select among a large number of speciality bulbs, and I needed an exact match because of the off-white color they emitted. I ordered the wrong bulbs, which put out a yellowish light rather than a slightly pinkish light. I sent an e-mail, asking to return the bulbs and described what I needed. I was surprised to get a call from their customer-support person, who discussed my problem and what bulb I needed. They issued the RTA, waived the restocking fee, and are sending out the "right bulbs."

This kink of service deserves is what one hopes from any company but, in my experience, is rarely provided.

"I would recommend this company to anyone.. and will return to them when I need any light bulbs... the items ordered were easy to find on their site.. were priced VERY reasonably.. and delivered in a very timely manner.. The same item purchased locally would have cost me 8 times more !!! So... I am VERY happy!"
