First, this is a great site with great selection and lots of information on the specialty bulbs they offer. I needed replacement bulbs for 12v halogen pendant lamps. The old bulbs had too little information to select among a large number of speciality bulbs, and I needed an exact match because of the off-white color they emitted. I ordered the wrong bulbs, which put out a yellowish light rather than a slightly pinkish light. I sent an e-mail, asking to return the bulbs and described what I needed. I was surprised to get a call from their customer-support person, who discussed my problem and what bulb I needed. They issued the RTA, waived the restocking fee, and are sending out the "right bulbs."
This kink of service deserves is what one hopes from any company but, in my experience, is rarely provided.
