In the past I have used the self service tool to help me design the signs exactly the way I wanted with different fonts, colors and images. I found it very user friendly. This time around I wanted a custom sign for myself and found I needed the assistance of Customer Service. I was contacted by Melissa Mcquiston, of the \u201cCustomer Love Team\u201d (having worked in customer service for many years myself, I found the name was very creative and positive). She was so helpful from beginning to end and even gave me an extra call during the process just to see if I needed anything further. I wrote a note to her manager and found her manager just as delightful and positive. You guys have a team that really sets you apart! Even the art department provided a proof within a day \u2013 that\u2019s fast as I\u2019m sure I\u2019m not the only order they had to work on.<br><br>I was so happy when I received my sign. It is exactly what I had envisioned.
