The Imperial Factory was supposed to ship on June 29, but do to a large volume of orders from customer storm damaged mailboxes Imperial did not ship on the 29th. A service representative from BudgetMailboxes named Jayne called me (I did not call them) and told me she would contact Imperial and expedite shipping. She did and my mailbox was shipped the very next day. I received it one day later by pre-paid FedEx. I believe Jayne went Above and Beyond the call of duty in her effort to make me happy. The Imperial custom mailbox is superior in every way and BudgetMailboxes as their dealer, specifically Jayne, was the very best. I will certainly order from them again and I will also recommend them to my friends and relatives.<br>Note: BudgetMailboxes did not ask me to write this review !!
