Last year: Ordered 15 shirts. 4 were incorrect, wrong size, or wrong fit, or wrong color, or just plain wrong. Called customer service. Was charged for the replacement shirts, then my card was credited after the returns were received. However, one out of the four replacements was incorrect. After returning that, I finally received the correct shirt.
This year: Ordered 4 shirts. One was the wrong fit. In the process of getting that one replaced.
So Brooks Brothers messes up 1 out of every 4 shirts. What a waste of time.
Make sure you provide the 4 digit code so that quality control can identify the packer that messes up your order.
Love the shirts though!"
