They said they have Pentax DA* 16-50mm lens in stock when I've emailed them to make sure before I order. After I place my order, three days later, they canceled my order saying that I've requested to cancel my order which I did not! When I called the customer service person said the do not have the item in stock! From the email conversation below, other person from their customer service confirm me that they've got the recent stock last week! Now I'll wait for my refund! Do not trust or buy from this store! This is base on my real life experience with Prestige Camera.

I was told from Pentax that you are a non-authorized dealer and that the camera you sold me was probably Gray market or reconditioned. Since my camera immediately had a problem and you didn't want to deal with it and told me to contact Pentax, I am not pleased with my first time dealing with Broadway Photo!

THEY ARE SHADY! I was sold a Nikon D80 that is a gray market (they call it an "import") after being told on the phone by a customer service rep (which no longer works there, big surprise!) that it was an American camera!!!!! This is illegal!!!! I am unable now to send my camera to Nikon USA to be fixed and after 7 months the camera is messing up!!!! They were unapologetic and basically said that it was my fault and I shouldn't have listened to their sales rep and I should have read the fine print!!!!! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! YOU DON"T KNOW WHAT YOU WILL GET!!!!! And yes the camera is under their warranty so I can send it in (not to nikon USA!) but I still have to pay for labor. The point is I WAS MISLED and I feel that I was lied to, not that they wont fix it! I was told my d80 was not an import model and I just found out 10 months later that it IS an import model. Their sales rep lied to me! That is my problem with this company.

When you placed this order, it clearly stated under the camera that this was a import model and you would have a 1 year warranty which includes 90 days labor 1 year parts from our company. If you would like to send this product in for a repair, Broadway Photo will be more than happy to repair your camera.

I BUY DIGITAL gave me Great Service and Price, No games! This place is legit!, No bait and Switch, I Called many Other NYC Discount Camera Stores got all the BS and Attitude one could handle. These guys at IBUY DIGITAL were excellent! These guys are a breath of fresh air! Orderd on the 12/02/ recieved on the 12/08 even sent me a UPS tracking # . I would definitely recommend I BUY Digital. I am not being paid to write this review but when you buy a camera and you see a advertise price It should be the price that is being clearly advertised! There should not be all the games some of those discount camera stores pull. Before you buy a camera from one of those discount stores just look up the discount stores name and read about their service and complaints!

I bought a camera there. It was listed as USA model, but turned out to be imported model instead. I should have known that it was too good too be true (since the price was much cheaper than other site). But at least they give me 1 year limited warranty so it's not too bad.
The other bad thing is the site at that moment was pretty bad. I had no way to track my order. I couldn't even find a place to sign up for an account. But it looks like they fixed most of those issues now.
Ok....IBUY Digital had this great price for the Nikon D90 that I bought. I looked up the reviews and I tell you, it was a little disconcerting....but you know what, they were absolutly great. Not sure who the unhappy folks were, but this was fine by me...and I am picky and easily pissed.
It helps if you know exactly what you want because the sales guys are a degree pushy (as they probably should), but I got my camera in 3 days after they shipped......tracking info and all. It initially got held up by thanksgiving, but I did get my camera with all accompanying accesories. All in all, I will give IBUY Digital 4.1 stars out of 5. I added the .1 because I was pleasantly suprised as service was opposite a lot of the uncomfortable reviews. Thanks......

I purchased a digital camera from this company back in August and I was very dissatisfied with my experience, I wrote a previous review on this. Now I find out that they sold me a "non-US" model and they state they advertised it as this. However, I purchased this over the phone with a rep. who knew I lived in the US and never made a mention of it. The Non-US model is incompatible with US computers so it makes the movie portion unusable. I did not know what the problem was at first. I finally called panasonic this week and was told I was sold a non-US model which should not be sold in the US. At first they did not respond to my request and said there was nothing they could do. But after filing a complaint the issue was resolved as follows: they promised to refund me the price of the camera, I will not receive a refund for the $25 in handling and insurance and I am responsible for the cost of return shipping.

I SPENDED ALMOST 1 HOUR ON THE PHONE BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM (W3277646) AND THEN BUT MY MONEY WAS TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT BAY PAYPAL.
AFTER A WEEK MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED.
THE CAMERA WAS AS I SPECT.
This is not the first time I buy from Broadway and each time I got a positive experience, especially this time I got an international trip on this Satrrday, but noticed last Friday that my camara was broken. Then I rushed in and found a good one (Panasonic ZS3) from Broadway with a good price. I was worried that I won't be able to receive it before leave. I made a order (with three day delivery) and called Broadway on Monday, talked about my concern. They shipped my order on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. This is really amazing and I am very happy about it. Really a marvelous service! By the way, Broadway usually offers a good price and I always go to their site to compare before buying.
I just wanted it to be noted that I spent time this morning on the phone with Ronald confirming and in the end modifying a camera order and he was AMAZING!!! In today’s world where customer service is usually a joke he was a wonderful breath of fresh air. So extremely nice and helpful! I ordered an Olympus E-620 2 lens kit from Broadway Photo. The pricing was the best that I could find anywhere. The customer service more than satisfactory and their shipping was extremely fast. I ordered my camera on a Thursday and it was shipped the next day. The package contained everything I was supposed to receive and in excellent condition.
