"I wanted to create a custom engagement ring and did a bunch of research on the 4C's for diamonds. I set out on my quest to a half dozen local jewelry shops. Everyone said they could create a custom ring but the price range was staggering. Finding the right diamond was turning out to be a real chore. Then I decided to look online and came across Brilliance.com. I was very pleased to find numerous diamonds with online certification reports. I worked with Anthony, a diamond representative, with no pressure ... only good questions for me and very educated assistance. Within a short time I was provided with 3-4 choices to consider. The next day we talked again and I decided on the diamond. I was put in touch with Sarah to design the ring. I provided a rough sketch and we talked twice. I few days later Sarah emailed a graphic file that contained computer generated renderings of the engagement ring and wedding band. I requested a few modifications and the next day I finalized the design. Within 30 days I received the rings. They are stunning and just the way I imagined them to be. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Brilliance.com and you should not be concerned at all with buying online. You get great service, more options and a price you will feel good about paying!"

"I cannot thank Brilliance enough for my beautiful ring! I wanted a custom 2 carat channel set band. When I was first contacted by Brilliance, I was so pleased with their customer service. Jacqueline Palmer helped me from beginning to end and she was so wonderful! I had her pick out my diamonds and I cannot thank her enough for the beautiful stones she picked out for me! Dehlia Sprague contacted me when it was time to design the ring. She helped me every step of the way to design my ring with images I sent in to them and when I received it, I was so thrilled. I would highly recommend Brilliance to anyone. My ring was everything I expected and more. I would also like to thank everyone involved in designing and making my ring. When I got the ring appraised, it appraised for almost double what I paid for it. I will definately buy from Brilliance again! Thank you everyone! - Nancy E."

"If you are smart buyer who wants to beat the retail pricing, this is the place for you.
After 2 months of extensive research and several price quotes from local/online stores I found brilliance to have the best price for the Diamond I was looking for. Finally, I bought a GIA certified IF Cushion Cut diamond and price/quality is unmatched. It is a gorgeous ring and I received several compliments from my colleagues and friends and I am a very happy customer!!!
Anthony helped me through the process very patiently... He didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions... which is important to me because I read/research/question a lot. He sent me the image of the diamond /checked with the Diamond cutter to confirm on the look (cushions have different looks) / and helped me decide the setting. He made this a very simple process.

"I spent a few weeks going to local jewelers and was having a terrible time finding the perfect ring setting and diamond. All of the prices seemed outrageous and I was worried that I would be forced to settle for something I wasn't crazy about. To add to that, all the local jewelers seemed very sleezy. It felt like I was working with a used car salesman. I found Brilliance shortly after and discovered the perfect setting. When I picked a diamond, I didn't realize that IGL was different from other diamond ratings. I was quickly emailed by one of the emplyees who explained the difference and quickly helped me pick a better diamond that was in my price range. She worked with me none stop and excepted my crazy calls and emails at odd times. When I got the ring I was blown away with how beautiful it was and when I popped the question so was she. I definitely plan on buying our wedding rings from Brilliance and would recommend this company for anyone that wants to find their perfect ring with out settling for less. Side note for the ring buyer: Delete you cookies after shopping/ searching the site because all your pop up adds become diamonds and it almost blew the surprise :)"

"Brillance.com was amazing to deal with!! I had my fiances engagement ring custom made from the brilliance team. Jacob helped me picked out the stone after I picked a not so good stone due to lack of education. I sent the stone I first picked out with no complications everything was done in a smooth professional manner. Once I had the right stone my ring was custom made to every little detail with the help of Tracy and Jonothan. I would recommend anyone buying a ring or a stone to Brilliance.com. I was updated every step of the way on how the ring was coming along. The experience was so amazing and stunning that my fiance and I decided to get our wedding rings custom made also. Our rings turned out way better than we had expected although I dont know why I was suprised because the engagement ring was just STUNNING. I love the overnight delivery of the rings, I loved how all the people at Brilliance were so easily accessible me being in Vancouver, Canada and them in Florida. It was a pleasure working with them and I look forward to deal with them in the future i`m a customer for life. !!"

"Brilliance by far exceeded my expections when purchasing an engagement ring. I had talked 20+ jewelers (both online and local) before deciding to go with Brilliance and I am so thankful I did. Jacqueline and Tracy took care of me from the very first email I sent to when I recieved my INCREDIBLE CUSTOM Ring. Like I stated before I had many other jewelers look at what I was trying to make and they all either could not make it or gave me quotes that were 2-3 times as much of what Brilliance charged. The custom ring process was awesome and I was informed every step of the way as to what was going on and the time frame of each step. You will not be disappointed and will not find a better price than BRILLIANCE!!! "

"You may be apprehensive about purchasing a ring online. Don't be. Stick with a GIA-certified stone and you'll end up with a fabulous ring for thousands less than what a traditional brick-and-mortar jeweler can offer. Plus the shipping is free and there's no sales tax (at least not yet). You really can't lose when selecting from Brilliance's massive on-line inventory.

If you want to make sure the stone has exceptional fire/sparkle, simply plug the appropriate measurements (all of which are available on Brilliance's site) into the Halloway scale, which you can access here: http://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca Using the Halloway scale, I shifted from wanting to purchase a stone that was an E or F in color to purchasing an H, because the H had a much higher rating on the Halloway scale. The result? An incredibe stone that flashes in the light. I never would have been able to afford a ring like this if I'd tried to purchase it from a local jeweler."

"Jacqueline Palmer & Tracy Powers, along with Jonathan the jeweler were incredible to work with. You can ask them about Ryan from New Jersey and they will tell you I am literally crazy and was beyond nervous of falling victim to online jewelery scams and diamond switching but I can honestly say as a skeptic that EVERYTHING WENT AS PROMISED AND I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY. Not only did I ask them to send me the loose diamond to inspect before being set but I also got the diamond checked out after it was set and everything checked out. I even thought the jeweler i had check it was going to say that i can get you a better deal on this but he couldn't. I got exactly what I was promised and I got it the exact day it was promised. I also had a custom ring made that looked exactly like the pictures and drawings I sent. If you are anything like me and very nervous about making online purchases for such an important thing, you can email me directly and I can send you the 1000 emails I had sent back and forth that Jacqueline and Tracy always responded immidiately to. "Finding a Palladium engagement ring with an Ideal Cut heart shaped diamond at a reasonable price wasn't possible with my local jewelers. The staff at Brilliance made sure I had all the information required to design the perfect ring, and saved me a small fortune compared to retail. I will be ordering the wedding bands from Brilliance!"

"Brilliance worked with my fiance and made us the most amazing engagement ring we could ask for. They let us send in pictures of rings we picked and combined all the aspects of those rings we loved. They created a one of a kind ring that no one else will have. I am not sure if it is my demeanor (because I love my ring so much) or if the ring just stands out that much, but everywhere I go people comment on it. I don't think you can go wrong using this company and we will certainly be back for the wedding band.

My fiance worked with Anthony to pick out the center diamond and to coordinate with and had nothing but great things to say about him and everyone at brilliance.com. He said that they made the experience so much easier and much more pleasant than dealing with the brick and mortar chain jewelry stores.

We would both highly recommend brilliance.com to our friends and family and anyone looking for a great place to find jewelry at a great price and amazing customer service!"

"Look, this is an unnerving process to begin with and for those of you who (like me) are a bit skeptical, let me put you at ease. Brilliance.com was an exceptional experience, hands down. The Brilliance team (Tracy, Simon, Anthony) worked tirelessly to process my order on an expedited basis, providing me with several updates along the way. "My buddy recommended Brilliance after he bought a loose diamond from them to use on his girlfriend's engagement ring. I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend as well, but had never bought any expensive jewelry, much less a diamond. I was very skeptic about purchasing a diamond over the internet, but all my fears were quickly put to rest once I visited the website. Brilliance had anything and everything I needed to educate myself about the different aspects and qualities of a diamond, and their customer service was great! With their help I found the perfect diamond and my fiancé gets complimented all the time about how gorgeous her ring is. "I ordered a custom ring on short notice and they worked to get my order completed in under two weeks. The ring turned out to be amazing and my fiancé is in love with it. Everyone compliments her since the design is out of this world. Craftsmanship is excellent as well as the price!"
