I ordered all my outfits and accessories for my sweetheart and I recently placed an order for my matron`s two outfits after she was impressed with the wedding dresses she saw for my sweetheart and they were all custom made. They fit perfectly and no adjustments had to be made. They were delivered faster than I expected and the communication was excellent. They kept updating me at every stage and even when items arrived in my country, they sent me notifications that it was at the post office. Now that`s what I call efficiency. "I bought a bridesmaid's dress from this site & paid express shipping and received shipping confirmation that it would be here in 5-10 days. Three weeks later I still haven't received it or have any idea how long it will take to arrive if ever. I've emailed them many many times and they haven't responded at all.I'm extremely frustrated and disgusted that they won't respond to my many emails. I'm running out of time now before the wedding & obviously its a massive stress for the bride & I.The other bridesmaids received their dresses within 2 weeks without paying extra for express shipping and I did pay the extra & still don't have mine.They have no phone number to contact so there's nothing more I can do than continue emailing them. My choice would be to never buy anything from somewhere like this but it was obviously not my choice.Terrible terrible customer service and can't even comment on the quality as i haven't even seen it."

"This is a horrible company - do not buy from them! I ordered a dress and received it with unfinished seams and it fit horribly. I emailed pictures sent countless emails and finally paid to mail the dress back to China with the promise of a full refund. They confirmed receiving the dress 4 months ago &amp;amp;amp; I have yet to see a single penny. STAY AWAY!!!!"
"I ordered a dress for my year 12 formal, I sent them my correct measurements (AUS 12). The dress arrived after 2 weeks. When I tried the dress on it was too small, I thought it was me so I started dieting, after weeks I gave up, it wouldn't fit. I offered the dress to a friend who was a size 10, she tried it on and still it still didn't fit, several other girls who were size 10 tried it on and it didn't fit. I measured the dress and the measurements were completely wrong, I sent the measurements bust: 95 waist: 83. The measurements they sent were bust: 78 waist: 71. They sent me a US6 size dress.I have emailed them more then once and have not yet received a reply."
"I paid for my dress and necklace on May 21, 2012 , after weeks of checking the tracking site for the delivery status I realised in July that the package was sent to Spain in error and not to the shipping address I provided, I informed Brideslee.com of this and the package was sent back to China....to date October 13, 2012 I have not received my items and the company is trying to force me to pay the absurd US $45 fee to reship the package. Why am I expected to cover the cost of their error...I just want my money back and I am ready to explore all and every legal option to do so. I will advise anyone to stay away from this company....I am totally disappointed by this experience. "

"I am very very disappointed in this company. My mother ordered a dress; (picked the size by "their" sizing guide which is incorrect) received it last Thursday and of course it doesn't fit. It won't even zip up the back. And the DEMANDS this company has been making to an 84 year old woman are unbelievable. We have followed everything they have asked for. Picture of the dress this way, pictures that way, but the email she/I received today tops it. they are ASKING for pictures of her actual breast? OMG... is this a porn site? She was wanting this dress for my son's wedding in November. It DOES NOT NOR WILL IT EVER FIT. They will not send the RMA as they call it so we can return it and get her money on her credit card returned. She can't afford to just throw money away. This was her very first and let me tell you, her last attempt at online shopping. I am so disappointed and frustrated for the poor service. I think we have been scammed and will never see the money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!November 1, 2012So my story continues. "Wow! I am so impressed. I was pretty nervous after some of the reviews I read. But I am guessing people had unrealistic expectations. If you order a $200 dress don't expect it to be delivered and in the same fashion that someone who bought a $2000+ dress would get. My mom is a seamstress and I have to say I am so excited! The detail in the dress is amazing. It was wrinkled, but shipping was free. And it is no where as bad as I thought it would be. The dress looks like I bought a $2500 dress and even my fiance said he would pay that much for the dress if we saw it in a store. So if you are worried about making this decision from what you have read don't be worried. Just know that you are NOT paying $2000 + and if you remember that you will be ecstatic! Oh and I had my dress at my doorstep within 2 weeks."

To my disappointment the workmanship of the dress is very bad, and it doesn't fit my body even I have given them the correct size. "I wanted to write you about my order.I was very disappointed. First of all, the dress was not Royal Blue but NavyBlue (which by the way is my least favorite color). It did not look at all like the chart.-The fit was terrible. I gave the correct measurements of my breast and theseamstress put the breast area way up to high. Also, when putting the dresson they squash my breast!-The straps were also too short.-And last but far from least the lining hung over the inside bottom of the hem.I have taken the dress to a professional seamstress so she can try to alter it.She has had to remove the rhinestone and tear parts of the dress apart to redo.I had spent a lot of money with your organization and will not refer anyone to bridesleeIn the future."
