I just checked the quality checking record of your order and confirmed that we indeed made the dress as per the size provided US12/UK16/EU42.We have informed you so many times that we need some pictures of the dress received with a ruler to show us the exact measurements so that I can make a contradistinction with quality checking record .But I haven’t received the according pictures as yet. Since you mentioned that the bust size is too small, so to make all things easy, we told you that please send some pictures to show us the bust size .Please kindly notice that we do not intend to insult you .We do all that just want to make sure the problem can be resolved asap.But it need the cooperation. Also we have promised you that if the dress is proved to be made wrongly. You do have the right to return the dress for a refund .isn’t it? You can also check the email on 17th September.
Whatever it is a big misunderstanding.We have sent you an email .So could you please check your email then give us a reply? :=)
