"When I placed an order for a google nexus 7, the check out process was not completed due to some error (it said high volume), but my credit card was charged, and no notice of the order was emailed to me, neither was any tracking number of the order. When I called the 800 number on their website, I was transferred intentionally 7 times, no one can tell me my order status (it seems that all of them cannot do anything). Such a bad weirdo online store, I will dispute with my credit card company to cancel the order. WORST EVER!!! Never buy from them!!! "
"The WORST Customer service I have ever had. I repeat WORST ! Here's my story, I ordered Google Nexus Tablet on BrandsMark USA yesterday. Their website was so crappy that it didn't showed any confirmation. So I tried it couple of time. I check back with them today and they said it's my fault that I tried couple of times and I might get overcharged by Bank. But still I wanted to get that product, I tried calling my Bank to fix the pending charges and call back them again to fix it. But once again by another customer representative she yelled at me not understanding the situation."
"I tried to buy a tablet from this website, but the order never went through (kept getting an error).. Tried several times, then received an email from AMEX warning about fraud activity.. I called AMEX and told them that it was actually trying to buy something, so they unlocked my account... I went back to the BrandsMart website, tried again, and got the same error... When I finally got in contact with their customer service, they said that my order was placed 6 times!I told the agent to cancel everything because of the bad experience.--- Update:I checked my credit card statement today, and I noticed I was charged for my order 3 TIMES.. I called BrandsMart support and they said the order was actually cancelled, but I was still charged, and I need to contact my credit card company to resolve this issue!I called my CC company and opened a dispute.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, BE AWARE BUYER... THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD..."
"we had an oven delivered today unfortunately they did NOT deliver the gas line kit, so when the insulation (who is very good) arrived he could not do his work. I contacted BrandsMart who suggested they would deliver the part next week. WHAT!!! I said since they had inconvenience me and the install guy they could be inconvenienced by bringing me the part THEY FAILED TO DELIVER. They REFUSED even after taking directions to my home TWICE. I can not believe that they would not make this right, why should I have to pay for a part twice? why should a third party vender have to drive all over town to fix their mess up? Unbelievable! I will never shop there again!"
"Although the prices are very good, the customer service and return policy need a major overhaul. I wanted to return a washer that I had brought more than 30 days earlier (still practically brand new) for a store credit and was told that they didn't accept return after 30 days. I was planning on buying more appliances from Brandsmart than what I actually brought, but now I will go someplace else to buy the remaining appliances. On top of that the sale person attitude was very dry and snotty. And instead of me getting a front load washer and dryer, they loaded two washers on the truck because that what the sale person had put the order in for. It was a good thing I realize the mistake before we took the appliances home. They did however, give me a small discount because of the mistake. The prices are good. But everything else need major improvement."

"I purchased a new Friedrich air conditioner on 9/21/2012 Kuhl Model ES15M33. I went to Friedrich's web site to purchase the FriedrichLink adapter that goes with their 2012 Kuhl models. Much to my surprise, I found the the model I purchased was 1-2 years old, and that the FriedrichLink would not work. I was not told that this was a discontinued model, and paid full price for the unit. When I called them to complain, they hung up on me.I will never purchase anything from them in the future."

"Today was my first purchase from BrandsMart. I must say I was pleasantly surprised.My brother had me go see SINGH, whom he bought his 65" LG 3D TV from last year. SINGH was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The first question SINGH asked was, in what room the television was going in. When I said it was going into a very bright family room, open to the kitchen, he said he did not think I would be happy with the 65" LG since this years model had been changed to a glossy screen (unlike my brother's non-glossy last years model)and would show the reflection of all the lights in my home. This really surprised me since I had just come from BestBuy where I told the salesman I did not want a plasma screen because of the reflection and he did not say a word about the change in the screen design. Not only did I purchase the Samsung 60" 3D 7500, I purchased a new receiver, blue ray player, cables, installation and extended warranty. I hope the installation goes as great and will update my review after installation at the end of the week!"
" After searching several stores and on-line sites, I chose both a SONY television and console through BrandsMart (online). The website was easy to navigate, and it showed both items were in stock, along with a delivery date. Delivery date was scheduled for Saturday. On Friday, I had not heard from about a (window of) delivery time, so I emailed and called, trying to pin it down. Hours after doing this, I received 3 phone calls saying it would be between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m. OK, that's fine...except then BrandsMart called at 8:30 P.M. (Friday night)to say THEY ARE NOT IN STOCK.They then offered (how sweet!) to either sell me a crummy LG or (surprise!) a LARGER, MORE $$ TV. Yeah, like this a a shock. Oh, and BTW, uh--the console's not in stock, either. No apology, no estimate of when these would be back in stock, no explanation of WHY no one figured out they didn't realize this 'til the night before. I bet if I looked at the website NOW it would still say "IN STOCK!" I will never, ever buy anything else from Brandsmart, and I will tell every person I'm related to, work with, live near, and stand in line at Kroger with: DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are bait & switch, dishonest, and unwilling to show they have any idea what the term "Customer Service" means."

"Starting 19-July-2012, I tried to make a web-purchase (Yamaha A/V Receiver) from BrandsmartUSA, but sadly, over the course of 5 days, their web-site was continuously erroring out at the Payment Step. I could start an order, but could not PAY for the order. Talked to CS a few times a day, over the course of 5 days & their answer was to wait, then try again ina few hours. Finally the item became Sold Out/OOS & now I can apparently order the item directly from a store, but need to pay an extra $75 for shipping (on the web-site shipping was free). Is this a normal 'up-sell' strategy for this company? If I could drive to the store, I could buy it directly, but I thought that's what their web-site was for: when you can't make it to the store. And if it's a Clearance Item & not eligible for on-line/interstate sales, WHY WAS IT LISTED ON-LINE? CS reps were nice on the phone, but completely ineffectual. Very disappointed. UPDATE (1-Aug-12): After the original RR posting, they reached out to me, to make this situation right & actually did so w/ flying colors. They were able to find a Yamaha unit in a store, I paid the web-price & am now very happy. I understand that updates to web-store tech can be problematic & although it took some gentle prodding from Corporate Cust-Care, ultimately I was able to purchase my mdse. It took a little while & a few calls, but I'm now a very happy camper & would not hesitate shopping here in the future. Thank you BrandSmartUSA & ResellerRatings! Rating adjusted from 1 Star to 5 Stars!"

"What a nice was our trip to BrandsMart today. Besides the new (and safer) merchandise placemenr, the whole store atmosphere and the associates' attitude were great. First we got the best attention from Gregory Wimmer who took the time to look for a radio for us which we couldn't find, even looking in the warehouse. After that we were greeted with a beautiful smile from thw cashier Ma Yamona S Neils. Thank you both so much for a breath of fresh air at BrandsMart."
