"After reading many positive reviews here, I ordered a new Nokia E51 phone, verifying in advance that it would be for U.S. market with U.S. warranty. This they did by e-mail. They have a system which displays availability and expected dates if an item is backordered. All follow-up and tracking was excellent from this company. I had the phone in my hands 2 days after the mfr's shipment reached them, as advertised U.S./warranty. I called several other online merchants who only admitted that the phone wasn't for U.S. market when pinned down. I would certainly buy from BLT again."

"As the owner of a Sony Vaio PC, I wanted to replace the wireless keyboard, since the function keys and size are very unique to the PC itself. After weeks of shopping online for this replacement keyboard, I was frustrated that most suppliers did not even have one in stock (and worse had no idea when they would), let alone for ANYWHERe under $140 (WITH free shipping). Thankfully BLT Sales could tell me that, although they did not have one in stock, they were able to tell me how many orders were outstanding for this item and on what date they would have how many back in stock. So, I ordered the keyboard, and sure enough, the item was back in stock and shipped by the date promised on the website. Fabulous. Love the keyboard - looks and works great. Yay BLT sales!!!"

"Very pleased with this company; they email me everytime there was a status change on my order, great communication. Normally they don't pricematch, but I bought an Antec P180 and 2 days later, I saw it on another site for around $12 and change cheaper, after tax and s/h, and they beat it by 1 cent! Responded next day; they have my loyalty for sure!"

"Marvelous experience. ShopBLT.com had the lowest price on a just-released and hard-to-find Antec P180 case. I ordered knowing that the item was out of stock. No one had any. BLT, though, sent me emails almost every 72 hours apprising me of the situation, and then delivered the case before they even expected to have it in. I'm probably one of the first users in the country to get it and at a fabulous price. I can't say enough about how highly these honest folks regard their customers."

"I wanted to buy a thinkpad t400 and somehow tumbled to shopblt.com through Google. The price on the item I wanted is on sale so it's a great deal. However, this is the first time I heard of shopblt.com so was a little bit nervous. After checking the reviews from resellerratings.com so I decided to make a purchase. The item arrived 8 days later (not fast but ok with me) in a brand new condition.
I really like the shopblt.com because of its ability to let customers know in real-time availability.
If you want to buy from shopblt, you should do research thoroughly and decide exactly that you really want to purchase of the item you want, because of its policy of no exchange, no refund.

"This was my second order with David at BLT for the same 8710w workstation as in my first order delivered on 11 Nov.
Despite having to ship items from 2 different warehouses to a different address (from the first order) in New York during the very heavy snow storms of mid December, everything arrived in plenty of time for my friend to pack the items for travel to the Far East, where I live.
Great service, great prices, excellent follow up - what else can one ask for?
I and my friends will be back. "

"I was looking for a new TV stand, and checking for the lowest price of the one I wanted. BLT had that low price, but none in stock. I hadn't heard of them before, but thought I'd give it a few days to see if the item did come in stock. It did.

I ordered the unit, and in no time I had a FedEx tracking number. It was mailed that day. I expected it to arrive in a weeks time, but it was to show up the next day! For me, that equated to free overnight shipping, which is unheard of.

But, there was an issue. FedEx.com said they were returning it to the warehouse. I called BLT. The person I spoke to (yes, a real person.... no phone maze and voicemails) was very nice, and said they would look into it, immediately putting another unit on hold for me.

Follow-up emails came, and a new unit was shipped to me the next day. FedEx damaged it, and BLT sent me a new one... no hassles.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with them. Great price, real people and they handled a problem quickly and hassle free."

"Wow, I'm impressed with these guys. I was nervous purchasing such a large ticket item online, a Doublesight 30" monitor, but it arrived two days after placing my order with everything in perfect condition. I give BLT two thumbs up (I'd give it four if I were conjoined twins.)"

"They had the best deal on the cell phone i was looking for and fast delivery. Made the order on Sunday they called me on Monday about the date on put on the credit card (I put the wrong date in duh). Cell phone came today the 29th. I would buy from them again. The only thing I would have bad to say about them is they do not list their phone number on their site. However I did find in online did a little search for the number. Oh their delivery charge was low. have to edit this review I checked the warranty that came with cell phone NOKIA E51 has a warranty with Canada and included one with U.S. Warranty. So what phone do I have? Is it North American Version? Don't Know Hopefully I will never use the Warranty Nokia has a very hard warranty. Anyway Love the phone.They have never answered email questions on warranty. I would still give them a good rating for how fast they delivered phone"

"This is for a RAID hard disk array...

Having never ordered from BLT before, I checked here at Reseller Ratings and decided to make a purchase. They have a "live update of stock" which showed more than 100 units available and also showed that they have warehouses in locations around the US. This showed that according to them there were many in the So. Cal. warehouse, (I live in So. Cal.), so I went ahead and made the purchase, and just paid regular ground shipping (which was very reasonable - no markup there). (I wasn't really sure if the inventory info and shipping locations was legit or not, but I would find out the next day that it was) I shortly received an auto generated copy of my invoice and later in the day, another email from a customer service person thanking and confirming the order and other related info along with her name and phone number and email address.

Anyway, I was surprised when UPS delivered the order the very next day, which turns out means that their live inventory thing was valid, along with the fact that they did have stock at the warehouse in So. Cal. and did ship from there.

They will definitely get my next order."
