Later that day I had the FedEx tracking number and the item showed up at my doorstep the next day. Box was pretty banged up, but the item was in perfect condition. There were two little components that were missing (and the empty space where they should have been were actually labeled \u0022part missing\u0022) that were kind of important (they supported the middle glass shelf), but I rigged it with some screws and it holds up fine. For about $100 off and free shipping, it was perfectly acceptable.
