I ordered an Onkyo Stereo receiver priced more than forty dollars less than any online competitor with some hesitation. It seemed too good to be true. I received a confirmation email shortly, and another one within a few hours with shipping and tracking number information. Communication from the company included legal material and return instructions that were refreshingly readable. The receiver arrived by FedEx Ground within three days. Two dollars for handling and free shipping.  
I was really quite impressed with this company, and wrote to tell them of my impression. Would definitely recommend.

Original order was shipped same day and due to be received within 72 hours. That shipment was damaged and returned. Next shipment was sent promptly and delivered with 48 hours. Product was delivered as advertised, at stated price, and was in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I was looking for a Tech Craft TRK55B TV stand. Punched it into Google and BLT had one of the lowest prices and one of the the highest ratings.  
Ordered online on 7/25 (a Saturday) and got my order, via FedEx ground, 7/28!  
The stand has 3 glass shelves and everything arrived in one piece.  
Great prices and super fast delivery! Plus my order qualified for free shipping.  
 
 
My only knock is that their website is absolutely horrible to navigate. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for...good luck finding it.  
As an example the TV stand is listed under: "Catalog > Hardware - Peripherals & Accessories > Accessories > Other Accessories: Page 88 of 99"  
 
 
But other than that, I would not hesitate to do business with these guys again.  
 
 
PS Anyone looking for a TV stand for a ~55" flat panel, check out the Tech Craft TRK55B. It's relatively inexpensive but it's built like a tank.

Bought a TV stand (for about $200 less than average price of the furniture) from them after business hours, so I had assumed a few days to a week for the thing to be delivered. After a confirmation call from the company the next morning, I was surprised to find the FedEx truck with my >100 lb TV stand arrive less than 24 hours later in front of my house. And get this -- all without charging a single cent of shipping cost. It was definitely the best experience I had with shopping online, ever, and I highly recommend these guys for the fact that you get a deal you won't find anywhere else for value you also won't find anywhere else.

I was looking for specific headphones and found shopblt.com through price comparison websites. Not knowing the company as I had never heard of them, I went to resellerratings.com and read the glowing reviews, so I decided to take a chance with them. I am very pleased that I did.  
 
I order the headphones online, which was very simple. 45 minutes later, I realized I wanted to add a memory card to the order, so I called the store and actually talked with a live person right away (he was a purchaser for them). I asked if I could get the memory card just added to the headphone order so that there was only one box headed my way. I was politely told that could not be done as the headphones where already on the dock to be shipped. Wow! That is fast service!  
 
Shopblt.com was had a deal with free shipping for orders over $25 with only a minimal handling fee. Since the memory stick was not over $25, shopblt.com could have charged me both shipping and handling, but they graciously waved both the shipping and handling, even though the memory card would be shipped in a second box! Amazing customer service, so say the least!  
 
I have rarely had the pleasure of ordering from a company who really works to please the customer. It was my fault that I did not originally order both items together, but shopblt.com worked with me, going above and beyond my expectations.  
 
I will definitely consider them for future purchases and have already told others about my great experience. BTW, the products arrived as expected and both work great.  

This was my first order and I'm very pleased with the way BLT has the item's inventory count & back-order status on-line. Packing and shipping and e-mail info was great. This is a very professional company don't hesitate in ordering.

This was my first order, just a basic under-desk keyboard drawer, not a big deal purchase. Through a google search, found they had the best combined item/shipping price cost.
