A retailer who sells much higher-priced goods still concentrates the same customer care on these smaller purchases -- they're a retailer I can get behind!"

"I had been searching for a particular model of Haier 15' wine cooler. Sam's had offered the item for about $450 including shipping, but they no longer stocked the cooler I was looking for. I found the same item on other sites for up to twice Sam's price. I found the same item for about the same price as Sam's, but also with free shipping on ShopBLT.com. After reviewing customer reviews including some negative ones I had some misgivings, but decided to take a chance and I'm glad that I did. Fedex delivered my cooler to Savannah from a warehouse in California in only 3 or 4 days and it was in perfect condition."
"I have purchased many items from this company over several years. I am always pleasantly surprised with how quickly the item is received, usually within a day or two. The website shows real time inventory so you know if your item is in stock. The customer service is great (you talk to a REAL person without any "press 1 for this and press 2 for that). If that's not enough, they have free shipping on most of the stuff they carry. What more could you want? I will buy from this site again and again."
"This is a great company to do business with. So if you are a first time buyer provide the needed information to protect you from a credit card scam by a crook. I know this for a fact because for over 20 years I caught the crooks who tried to buy from this company. I am retired now two years and continue to buy from them as I did when working for them. "My small business bought a Bixilon/Samsung printer from this company. After many hours and dollars spent trying to integrate this printer into our system, we find it is not compatible with Windows 7 64. We ask to return it, undamaged in it's original packaging. Their retort, a nasty "no" along with the several pages of the return policy. I called and stated they could easily resell it and we were willing to pay a restocking fee and shipping. No. They then referred me to the Korean manufacturer, which has obviously gotten me nowhere.I have spent so much time trying to get this thing returned and my money back. I will never do business with this company again. They are devoid of customer service and reticent in any respect for their customers. Buyer beware... "
"I got a full electronic drum kit from this shop. Their website looks dated but is easy to use and thier stock info is great cause it shows you how many they have in each warehouse. I couldnt find a better price and they shipped this heavy thing for free! Like others say they keep you updated with email but their site has order status too. I got my drums without any problems. "I ordered a product from them, which I knew was on a short supply from the manufacturer. About 20 days after, when the manufacturer was ready to ship the order, they cancelled it. Reason: the price of the item has substantially increased over the last 20 days due to the shortage. And they just got greedy and asked me to order again at 1.5x times of the price I originally ordered at."
