Later that day I had the FedEx tracking number and the item showed up at my doorstep the next day. Shipped the next day, arrived the day after that. Box was pretty banged up, but the item was in perfect condition. There were two little components that were missing (and the empty space where they should have been were actually labeled \u0022part missing\u0022) that were kind of important (they supported the middle glass shelf), but I rigged it with some screws and it holds up fine. For about $100 off and free shipping, it was perfectly acceptable. "Here is my review and a comment about Bottom Line Telecommunications. Now that I am retired and no longer working for the above company for almost two years I can share my opinion. I have sent many friends to do business with them and all rave about the service, prices and communication that they receive. One thing that makes doing business great with Bottom Line Telecommunications / ichq.com is the protection of information and security checks in place for all customers, too.
