"I recently made a purchase from this website and was 100% disappointed with it! I thought personalized wine bottles would be a cute gift for the bachelorette party I was planning, so I placed a small order. A couple hours after it was placed, someone from the company called me to tell me there was a problem viewing the picture I uploaded. I replied back via email (as requested) with an attachment of the picture. A week goes by without me hearing anything from them, so I assumed everything was okay...I received my order, and it was NOT what I ordered!! I tried getting a hold of customer service a few times with no response, and when I finally did, I was told I would have to pay a rushed shipping fee to get it to me by the time I would need it? I asked for a full refund!!! Too bad by order was small and apparently not worth their time or the effort it would take to correct a customer service mistake, because it would've made an awesome gift - I just picked the wrong company to order form."
