"I Would not deal with this company again. I Ordered a Knife for a Christmas gift on Dec 17th. I Received the Knife on Jan 12th. I Called on Dec 23rd to check the order status since I didn't hear from them yet, they didn't send an email letting me know the knife was back ordered. They said it would ship on Dec 28th. The knife came in the original box but it was crushed becuase it was shipped in a bubble mailing bag. Product is new but service with this company was horrible. I asked on the 23rd if they could bump my shipping to 3 day UPS, was told "No, sorry"

Good price doesn't always come with good service I guess."

"It was a nightmare. Ordered a Helmet with them on 7th Oct 09. Salesperson Diego have no idea what he is selling. Ended up sending me the wrong item after checking with him THREE TIMES to confirm and to make sure they have the said item for sale. I AM IN SINGAPORE, MIND YOU. Ended up having to send back the item despite my busy schedule. It is 8 days til February and I still haven't got my refund back. May all the other customers have better luck. "

"I am still waiting on an order placed on Jan. 18. I got an email saying that the item was shipped on January 19, but it has not left the store. Over 10 calls, and 3 emails, and no response. What a horrible company, and horrible customer service. I'm going to call the BBB in their area and file a formal complaint, and get my credit card company to do a chargeback.

Freakin jerks."

"I ordered a pair of boots on October 10, 2009, I never received anything from their so called customer service telling me that the boots were on "back order". After waiting patiently for a month a customer service rep told me that they would be in in two weeks. After waiting another two weeks still no reply and nothing telling me that they have been shipped. I sent another email and have yet to receive a response 3 months later. This company is terrible and their customer service is even worse, do not buy from them.

I made the mistake of making another order with these people on Jan 4th, 2010, I ordered a couple of bore snakes, they of course promptly charged my credit card. It took them 8 days to send me a UPS tracking number which by the way its now Jan. 18th almost a week later and the tracking number still says "billing information received". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, spend the extra dollars on a company that actually cares about its customers. An update to this current order, the tracking number they gave me has completely disappeared because they deleted it. It is now Jan 21st, 17 days later still nothing received.

I will be sure to spread the word to my military and law enforcement buddies about your poor customer service and shady business practices."

"On 1/1/10 I purchased 2 items as follows; KZQDF - Standard Model QD, and KZ TAC 2-Point Tactical Sling padded. Received notification that those items were shipped UPS, issued a tracking # and delivery date of 1/7/10. Items did not come on 1/7/10. I left an Email and a voice mail on 1/8/10 inquiring about my order status neither of which were returned. I left another Email & voice mail on 1/11/10. I was able to speak to a customer service rep later that day (1/11/10) who told me that the order was never shipped and she did not now why I was issued a UPS tracking #. She told me that there was an issue with the padded sling and that she would have a purchaser get back with me before the close of business (4:00 PM) that day. I waited for the call till 3:50 and then called back. A customer service rep put me on hold for 10 minutes and then I was disconnected. I tried calling back but only got a recording. The following day I sent another Email 1/12/10 expressing my desire to get this situation rectified. Again I tried several times throughout the day to talk to someone a Botach, but was unable to get through. Today Dan from Botach contacted me and fianlly helped me resolve the issue. I guess if Botach would impliment something on their website to indicate whether or not an item is in stock at time of purchase would certainly make thier operation run much smoother. If they don't want to do that then at least take the time to notify the customer via Email. There are difinate improvements that could be made in the Botach customer service department. I am confident that your business could be much more successful if your customers were treated with the respect that
they deserve. "

"I placed an order on Dec 6th figuring I could get it by Christmas for Presents. I finally received an email that it was shipped on Dec 17th (still might make it). Well, the UPS tracking number showed UPS receiving a notice of shipment, but it never showed any package tracking data. I repeatedly sent emails and called a couple of times with no response. On Jan 4th, I saw the contact by text mail option. I sent one with my order number. The next day all I got was a text back that said "Shipped". I don't know if that means they just shipped it or what. I have ordered from them a couple of times before and had no trouble. Their prices are pretty good and with a 10% off "Stimulus" deal, you can't beat it. I hope I get my stuff soon or a refund at least. My last option is the chargeback on my credit card."

"Every comment about this company is true, their customer service is ridiculous and if you order from them, plan on not receiving your items. I placed an order 5/30 and asked it to be shipped 2nd day. Five days later the order hadn't been updated to show it was even being shipped. So I sent an email, no response. I needed the items for a training class, so I ordered them from another site (at a much higher cost, unfortunately, and I couldn't get them all from the same site, so I had to pay shipping individually). I then sent an email and made a phone call (they use a store bought answering machine, what a business) demanding that my order be cancelled which I have done every day for the last three days and have gotten NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. To date, they haven't charged my credit card, but I'm waiting for it to happen. When that happens, I'm filing a complaint with the state attorney general's office in California, which I told them in email and voicemail, and they still haven't responded. I don't know if it's ignorance or stupidity or simply not caring, but this "company" is NOT an entity you would want to do business with. "

"Do not, do not, and do not… purchase anything from this dealer!

Botach Tactical is just like and can be compared with, some of the cheap Online Camera stores that have such horrible reputations.

When I first wrote this review, Botach Tactical had 149 complaints with the BBB.

In the past seven days, Botach Tactical has had seven new complaints… 156 complaints and that is just with the BBB... Check it out for yourself and look at how many complaints went unanswered!

I really wish that I had checked this company out before placing an order. Yes, the order went bad and I am now dealing with this problem.

"Botach had some of the lowest prices on the net, that is what drew me to them on the net. Only part of my order was shipped, but Botach charged my card for all the items when I placed the order, even my back ordered items. The back ordered items said they would ship directly from the factory in 3-4 days. When I received my order one of the items was damaged and I had a duplicate item ordered that I had to return. I am still waiting for the correct amount to be credited to my card for the returned items and for the two items that were supposed to ship out in 3-4 days that after a month I canceled. Also they are a nightmare to get a hold of, 90% of the time I call their number during working hours I get their voice mail. It also takes them to long to return calls on their voice mail and return emails. I will vote with my money and avoid shopping at Botach Tactical. "

"Prices are great, but you'll never get your product and they'll waste your time, cause you frustration, and then not resolve your problem. Who needs that? Seriously go spend your money for a company that want your business and cares for it.

One of the worst experiences that I've had with a online vendor in a long time. I take the time to Chat and Call the company, so in this case 2 people confirmed that an order for magazines can be made to be shipped to a friend in another state. I take the time to collect orders from my friends because *TWO* of their employees have now stated that the order would be fine, and I make the order. The order goes through okay and then, 2 days later, I get an email from a person that didn't look at the order, know who they were talking to, or see the destination of the order telling me that they would not fulfill my order.

I wrote back that it was being sent to another state and that their employees had told me that there were going to be no problems. She states that a new "rule" was that I would be unable to make the order.

Well, fine, make all the "rules" you want, but state it on the website and don't waste my time. Also train your employees so they know your own policies, both in answering my initial questions and professionally (not using stock, "sorry for the inconvenience" and "have a nice day") when your company screws up, it just makes them madder.

I told the last person that I would make sure that my experience is relayed, and here's to honoring my promises. I will not order from them again at any price. Their bad service is well known and proven again with a new customer."
