"Botach Tactical is the worst company I have ever had experience with. First, I placed an order with no indication one of any issues. Then I recieved my order with a part missing. When I inquired about where the part once, after an email that didn't tell me anything they finally admitted it was back ordered 4-6 weeks. And when I asked why I wasn't told at order time they couldn't tell me it was back ordered they told me it was a limitation of the system. When 4 weeks passed and I didn't hear anything, I requested a status update only to be told it was unknown. Then the next day it shipped. Obviously they have no clue what they are doing there. Throughout this, during my complaints of their customer service and how poor they were treating me, I never once got an apology, a "we understand your frustrated", nothing. In all their emails they acted like they were doing me a favor."
"At the end of April 2012 I placed an order for 2 inner belts and a handcuff case to hold 2 sets of cuffs. On 5/1/2012 I received a confirmation email stating my order was received. On 5/10/2012 I was becoming irritated my order hadn't arrived yet do I called customer service. I was put on hold for almost 5 minutes before being transferred to a voicemail. I left my name and phone number, stating my problem and requesting a phone call back. A week later, I receive an email stating the model for the handcuff case wasn't selected (Though it's selected on my confirmation). On 5/17/2012 I called customer service again and got a voicemail again. I then called a different department where I was advised the cuff case is all selected properly but my inner belts are on back order. I then decided to cancel my order.
This was the second time the screwed me on an order. The first time they sent me the entirely wrong handcuff case without a packing slip to return it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because sometimes things happen. Apparently they happen all the time with this company.
Stay away from Botach Tactical. I'll never use them again. Their prices are not worth the run around you'll receive."
"Terrible!! I ordered mags, and it took 3 months to arrive. And when it did, half were the wrong brand. They said I had to sent the wrong ones back before they send me the correct ones. They also have price match I requested, but never responded. Terrible customer service!!"
"I am a long time repeat customer. Botach delivers every time with the lowest prices on in demand current hi end gear & optics. Add the free shipping & you have a WINNER! I highly recommend this company. Customer service is first rate as well. Can't beat em, anywhere!!"
"Poor, poor, poor customer service. 5 days and no response to an email concerning a defective item I received. Their live chat that their website encourages you to use? Never open. A friend warned me against even trying to call. Several wasted minutes of cell phone service later I was still listening to music before I finally hang up. fter getting pissed off enough to give up on asking a question about an exchange of the one defective part, I follow thier online instructions to request a return authorization. Still no response. I assume I will get a response at some point, but it won't matter next time I decide who to order (or not order) from."
"Buyers Beware, I purchase the Smith & Wesson Tritium watch from Amazon and there vender was Botach. Love the watch until the fourth day it stop working so I return the watch. Then Botach requested I pay for the return shipping. Very disappointing, but I have to return it for a refund. Few days later they e-mail me to apologies and will return the shipping cost and 10% off the exchange. I responded to there message and no reply, again very disappointing. Can not trust a company who has a very bad customer service, and do not respond to there customer. Next time I purchase anything from Amazon I will make sure it is not from Botach."
"Botach Tactical (BT) has a wide array of shooting and camping accessories and their online catalog is easy to maneuver. The main reason for my order was BT having the lowest prices that I could find on the web. The frosting on the cake was that BT does not charge sales tax, nor shipping! This was a no-brainer. Shipping was fast and my order arrived in great condition. The only issue I encountered was initially paying by Paypal, who in their wisdom, would not remit the funds (MY FUNDS!) to a company which probably goes against their political ideals. This was not BT's fault, and I finally ordered through conventional channels with a credit card. I have told others of this website and I look forward to ordering with BT in the future. Thanks, BT! "
"I have placed orders with Botach several times and have never had a problem with either their service. I have had to call them to redirect a shipment already being handled by UPS and they followed through quickly and professionally. Maybe I have been lucky the dozen or so times I have dealt with Botach but I have never had any of the problems that people have complaints about. I however don't really like how their stock check is slow and supposedly cannot be done over the phone w/ their customer service reps. I have always been cautious when ordering from Botach but have yet to run into any real problems."
