I placed an order with number of different items. When call to check on the shipping status, agent wasn't sure. UPS tracking show order was shipped, but their system shown order still in the warehouse. Due to the confusion, I canceled the order. However, four days later, I see a box from Botach in front of my door.  
I called to see how I can return the order, I kept getting answering machine. Finally, I got someone from the live chat support advised me to refuse delivery since I haven't open the box.  
Couple days later someone else contact me via email about the request from my original email. I explained what happened then everything went smoothly from there. Agent responded very quickly via email. I am very impress with the response.  
 
Also, there is another agent try to reach out to customer on a forum to resolve past or current issues. I have to say this is very impressive for a store hasn't care about its customers from the past. I know this b/c I placed number of orders with them before and it was hit and missed. Now, with the responses I am getting from these agents, I feel much better ordering from Botac.

I placed an order for a sling package and was told via email that it was shipped. A couple days later it was updated to not be in stock.  
I was upset at first, but contacted Botach rep. Dan and he immediately assisted me in getting another similar sling package for the same price that was in stock. I received them within three days. The items were of excellent quality and about half the price of similar items from other tactical gear sites. My recommendation to future Botach customers would be to first call and make sure the items you want are in stock and second talk with Dan. I am sure he would assist you!

I am still waiting on an order placed on Jan. 18. I got an email saying that the item was shipped on January 19, but it has not left the store. Over 10 calls, and 3 emails, and no response. What a horrible company, and horrible customer service. I'm going to call the BBB in their area and file a formal complaint, and get my credit card company to do a chargeback.  
 
Freakin jerks.

It was a nightmare. Ordered a Helmet with them on 7th Oct 09. Salesperson Diego have no idea what he is selling. Ended up sending me the wrong item after checking with him THREE TIMES to confirm and to make sure they have the said item for sale. I AM IN SINGAPORE, MIND YOU. Ended up having to send back the item despite my busy schedule. It is 8 days til February and I still haven't got my refund back. May all the other customers have better luck.

I ordered a pair of boots on October 10, 2009, I never received anything from their so called customer service telling me that the boots were on "back order". After waiting patiently for a month a customer service rep told me that they would be in in two weeks. After waiting another two weeks still no reply and nothing telling me that they have been shipped. I sent another email and have yet to receive a response 3 months later. This company is terrible and their customer service is even worse, do not buy from them.  
 
I made the mistake of making another order with these people on Jan 4th, 2010, I ordered a couple of bore snakes, they of course promptly charged my credit card. It took them 8 days to send me a UPS tracking number which by the way its now Jan. 18th almost a week later and the tracking number still says "billing information received". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, spend the extra dollars on a company that actually cares about its customers. An update to this current order, the tracking number they gave me has completely disappeared because they deleted it. It is now Jan 21st, 17 days later still nothing received.  
 
I will be sure to spread the word to my military and law enforcement buddies about your poor customer service and shady business practices.

On 1/1/10 I purchased 2 items as follows; KZQDF - Standard Model QD, and KZ TAC 2-Point Tactical Sling padded. Received notification that those items were shipped UPS, issued a tracking # and delivery date of 1/7/10. Items did not come on 1/7/10. I left an Email and a voice mail on 1/8/10 inquiring about my order status neither of which were returned. I left another Email & voice mail on 1/11/10. I was able to speak to a customer service rep later that day (1/11/10) who told me that the order was never shipped and she did not now why I was issued a UPS tracking #. She told me that there was an issue with the padded sling and that she would have a purchaser get back with me before the close of business (4:00 PM) that day. I waited for the call till 3:50 and then called back. A customer service rep put me on hold for 10 minutes and then I was disconnected. I tried calling back but only got a recording. The following day I sent another Email 1/12/10 expressing my desire to get this situation rectified. Again I tried several times throughout the day to talk to someone a Botach, but was unable to get through. Today Dan from Botach contacted me and fianlly helped me resolve the issue. I guess if Botach would impliment something on their website to indicate whether or not an item is in stock at time of purchase would certainly make thier operation run much smoother. If they don't want to do that then at least take the time to notify the customer via Email. There are difinate improvements that could be made in the Botach customer service department. I am confident that your business could be much more successful if your customers were treated with the respect that  
they deserve.

I Would not deal with this company again. I Ordered a Knife for a Christmas gift on Dec 17th. I Received the Knife on Jan 12th. I Called on Dec 23rd to check the order status since I didn't hear from them yet, they didn't send an email letting me know the knife was back ordered. They said it would ship on Dec 28th. The knife came in the original box but it was crushed becuase it was shipped in a bubble mailing bag. Product is new but service with this company was horrible. I asked on the 23rd if they could bump my shipping to 3 day UPS, was told "No, sorry"  
 
Good price doesn't always come with good service I guess.

I placed an order on Dec 6th figuring I could get it by Christmas for Presents. I finally received an email that it was shipped on Dec 17th (still might make it). Well, the UPS tracking number showed UPS receiving a notice of shipment, but it never showed any package tracking data. I repeatedly sent emails and called a couple of times with no response. On Jan 4th, I saw the contact by text mail option. I sent one with my order number. The next day all I got was a text back that said "Shipped". I don't know if that means they just shipped it or what. I have ordered from them a couple of times before and had no trouble. Their prices are pretty good and with a 10% off "Stimulus" deal, you can't beat it. I hope I get my stuff soon or a refund at least. My last option is the chargeback on my credit card.

On Nov. 30th I placed an order for a Camelbak Assault XL pack for my husband for Christmas. I continued to wait for a shipment notice for more than 10 days with no contact from Botach. On the 14th day I tried contacting them via text (which they have on their site), phone and via the pop-up support on their webpage with absolutely no response. The next day I searched the web for another mode of contacting them. I found a phone number for "governmental sales". I figured my prior military service would qualify as that so I called. Surprise, they answered that line. Only then did I find out that the item was on back-order and they did not know when it would come in. I was dumbfounded that no one contacted me about it and that no one could answer the customer service line until I was with the government. I cancelled the order and decided I would never consider using them ever again. I contacted Baumshoe and dealt with Dan there who was the exact opposite of Botach. He answered the phone, confirmed my order and even told me the ship date. After the fact he emailed to make certain everything was ok. What a difference in customer service. If you are in need of similar items, I definitely recommend Baumshoe!!!!

This order was completed in May of 2008 but that date was not in the "Year" drop down box. This company shipped multiple lubrication products to me and one of them opened during shipping. Not only that but part of the order was not shipped. I attempted to contact them numerous times. Over the next two months I wrote five emails to them describing the problem with the shipment. I never received a reply. I checked online and found their customer service very lacking in the reviews I read. I even attempted to call them but...no good. I eventually gave up but I never forgot the poor service I received. When I saw their name in this forum of reviews I decided to vent my displeasure. If anyone from BoTach is reading this...please call or write me as I still want the order corrected.

I will never do business with Botach in the future, nor will I suggest to anyone that this is a good place to do business. Site says the item was shipped 12/23, only a manifest has been transmitted to UPS, 3 phone calls, countless emails all of which have been ignored. Not a great way to run a business. Live help was a joke, no one ever responded....

Ordered a Casio G Shock Frogman for about $100 bucks below the best price I could find on the net. These guys confirmed order via email, and then via TEXT when I wanted to double check! This kick-ass, beautiful watch arrived the day as promised. These guys were a joy to deal with and the savings was the icing on the cake. Nice work guys!

I was on line shopping when I decided to try the live help and a member of your staff (Dan) came on and helped me find the item I was looking for, checked to see if it was in stock and also told me when it would be shipped. I found Dan to very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend using the life help anytime anyone is shopping on line. I have been ordering from Botach Tactical from time to time for the last ten years. They have always delivered their excellent products with unbeatable prices. At times, their shipping scheduales may get a little behind, but their prices make up for more than the slight delays. Overall, I think they provide consumers with reliable products and services. I would definately continue to buy from them for many years to come!
