"I rented the Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 XR DiII Canon lens for a recent trip to Italy. The ordering process was incredibly easy, in fact I reserved a different lens first and then changed my mind and I was able to change my reservation by simply e-mailing them. I received a response promptly and they changed my order info for me on the spot! I got my lens on time, early on the day I expected it. The lens was packaged great and in great shape, it looked brand new! I loved using the lens and it was nice knowing I had the insurance for just a small added cost if anything happened to the lens. Also, borrowlenses.com was one of the few companies who allowed me to take the lens out of the country with no problems. When I returned I put the lens back in the box placed the sticker they provided and dropped it off at fedex for no extra charge. They just e-mailed today to let me know my order is complete and lens was received by them on time. Great company, will definitely rent again!!!"
