They then sent me a email saying it wasn't turned in and I needed to pay for an extention.<br>I contacted the people I turned it into and they said yes they still had it as BorrowLenses 'forgot' to pick it up! I reconnected with BorrowLenses and they said they had now had the lens, no appology or anything else. I asked to connect to the managment and have been ignored. <br><br>Management did contact me and apologized for the error. My experience has been 99% positive. A few times I exchanged a rented lens for another. Otherwise, my rented equipment has always been in excellent shape and clean. The staff is professional and pleasant. The best part about renting here is it has allowed me to test equipment I'm thinking of purchasing. The option of having the equipment shipped to a desired destination is available however beware of the return shipment cost beforehand. "Best rental company I've dealt with! Good prices with very reasonable insurance option; I wish all rental companies offered that! And the shipping was great. They ship a return label that's already paid for in advance (by you, of course). Just re-box everything, and put the return shipping label over the old one.
One thing to note: Not everything that may come with the rented item is listed: i.e.: the iris rods and swing-away bracket that came with the Redrock mattebox I rented. I almost purchased a swing-away bracket because it wasn't listed. Of course I could have asked them, too."
