"If you are looking for a multi-region DVD player, look no further than Bombay Electronics. We were very impressed to contact an agent (a real human being on the telephone) who listened to our needs and then suggested a product to meet them. We were delighted with the low price of the item. When we sent them a follow-up email with a question and then called them to discuss it, the person answering the phone was entirely aware of our email and of our needs and addressed them in about a minute. This product works wonderfully, and we have tried it with Region 1, 2 and 3 DVDs.
