"I've purchased from BB.com numerous times. They have horrible customer service. If they make a mistake or delay in shipping your order, and you inquire they just ingnore it, happen to me 3 times, even when you phone them- they are NO help-as long as they got your $$$, they careless..Buyer Beware!!!"
