And they are SUUUPPPEEERRRR slow with shipping. I also was charged the day the order was processed, internet said shipped on the 9th, theye rude lady on the phone said the 10th and the even more rude Manager, Chris Powell, said it would be shipped on the 13th.....and i have to refuse the order or drive to lake placid to get my money. He doesnt know me...that parts not here tomorrow as stated again today on the 13th- i will be in lake placid. i can not believe these people. The first lady hung up on my husband becaude she told him"you ordered a part that was out of stock" and he said it said you had 10 online- thats why i chose you! no answers or customer service- just pure rudeness. I placed an order 10 days ago, and the order STILL has not been shipped, and I received an automated response via email 4 days after it was sent saying "our server is experiencing problems", and never was able to get ahold of anyone on the phone after 10 phone calls and over an hour of waiting. Should have done my research on these guys first. Called a boat dealer here in state and they will have the parts to me before these clowns even get my order shipped, which may be another 2 weeks! I needed a specific product, which was HPF XR gear lube, which is tough to get now a days. I needed this because I have a bottle now and my engine takes just under two bottles. When I did my search, HPF XR came up and it included the correct part # and picture of the product. This is also on my receipt. However, what arrived at my house is different product with a different part #. It superceded the original, meaning both can be used on my engine but it does NOT mean, they can be mixed. They are different products. So, I simply explained the issue, which was them showing they had something when the didn\u0027t and pointing out that there was no note on the webpage, indicating it was superceded and proposed two solutions; 1. I\u0027ll purchase a second bottle if they waive shipping since I would have only needed one if they shipped me the correct product or 2. give me a complete refund. The rep didnt budge so I now have a boat in freezing weather w\/o enough gear lube to winter it. I ordered several other parts from other vendors on the same day. All the other parts were received in less than a week so on August 23d I contacted them and they said it wasn\u0027t shipped (even though their site said it was shipped on 8\/15) but that the order was being shipped that day. They were waiting on a $5 grommet and they refused to send the rest of it out even though they charged over $9 shipping (all the parts were very small and light) and the grommet would have cost a postage stamp (45 cents). I finally received it this week (less the grommet), over 8 weeks after I ordered it. They didn\u0027t apologize or give me interest for holding my money for two months, they just sent it with no explanation. Talk about customer NO-service! I couldn\u0027t be more unhappy with this transaction and will NEVER EVER order anything from them again. They claim that they honor all manufacturer\u0027s warranties for defective items, but when you try to return items that are clearly defective, they refuse to give you an authorization. I tried to return a defective Honda lawn mower transmission. Even though Honda corporate stated that they need to honor the warranty, they still refused to give a return authorization. I hope Honda and all OEM manufacturer\u0027s that sell parts to Boats.net, pull their dealership licenses and put them out of business.
