I ordered the first time in Feb 2012 and this is my second time reordering. The only thing that drives me nuts are the edges frayed within a couple months of using the neckstrips. We had to keep trimming them. Not a huge deal but it would be nice if they were like the edges of the regular towels. The quality is great and the order I placed was a test order to see if I would like to purchase more in the future. The company I work with is located in New Jersey and we are able to accomplish next day shipping to any of the tri-state area customers for a low shipment cost. I was very shocked to see that not only was the shipping cost $12.93 for two dozen towels but also it took the order several days to arrive. BleachSafe is located in NY, so there is no reason it should have taken so long for the towels to arrive - especially considering the shipment cost. We placed the order on a Thursday and didn\u0027t receive the towels until the following Tuesday afternoon. Quality, as I mentioned is great but I\u0027m not impressed with the quality and promptness of the service at all. One week after placing order, customer service called to let me know the bath towels I ordered are out of stock for 6 months and the only color available is white. White towels are always safe to bleach so that kind of defeats the purpose. I cancelled the order so I cannot comment on the product, but it would be nice to know if something is out of stock BEFORE giving you my credit card info. Also we are a military family currently stationed overseas and APO is not an option in your drop down box for shipping or billing address. "I searched the web for "Breast Cancer" towels. I found BleachSafe to have the towels and I trusted the reviews of the towels. I placed my order only to learn they no longer have the pink Breast Cancer Towels. I asked when they would be in stock (willing to wait, in no rush) and they stated they would not carry them any more. So disappointed. I have not yet received my order (my fault NOT BleachSafe). I am confident the quality will be exactly what I need. I am just disappointed that they will no longer carry the pink Breast Cancer towels. They look so pretty on their website."
