"I ordered two batteries for my Blackberry Bold. The batteries were listed as follows: "Blackberry Bold 9650 Battery New Original" The body of the ad further stated: "Item Condition: Brand New Compatible with: Storm 9530 9500 storm 2 9550 bold 9650 Tour 9630 curve 8900 bold 9650" and "Description: Brand New High Quality OEM Li-Ion Standard Battery."What I received was two batteries haphazardly sealed in non-standard heat sealed plastic. The labels on the batteries are worn. The contacts on the batteries are worn. And to top it off, the side of both batteries with the contacts has tooling gouges where somebody tried to remove the batteries incorrectly. The contact housing on these batteries serves as the capture mechanism inside the battery compartment. To remove them correctly and not damage the battery you have to pry from the side opposite the contacts. Fingernail pressure is more than sufficient to get them out.Judging by the majority of other reviews, this is the standard way they do business. Used merchandise marketed falsely as new merchandise. Disgusting business practices."
"I Ordered my item, and received email notice they did not have it in stock. Not back ordered, just "nope we don't have that one. yeah, its on the website, but we don't have it, we won't in the foreseeable future but we'll leave it on the site anyway, because screw you that's why." They offered to ship me a different item instead. or In my case, same item, different color/styling.I had read similar reviews warning of non stocked items, but took my chances anyway because the price was really good. It was a calculated risk. they take paypal, figured I could use paypal's buyer protection in the worst case scenario. It didn't quite come to that though.Always better if you can justget what you ordered, but as I still got the same item, just visually different, it wasn't really TOO bad. Works fine. condition was as advertised. no issue there.Still, if you're considering ordering from them, be advised their website is kind of the best case scenario relating to their stock. As in wishful thinking. there is a REALLY good chance they will not have the item you order. Nor will they get it, ever. or remove the out of stock merchandise from the site even a week or a month later. or everIn fairness though, while the order was "processing" for what felt a bit of a long time, it shipped and arrived fairly quickly. Even being at my door earlier than expected.Bottom line, be aware it is a gamble, so calculate your risk and be prepared. but if it works out, the prices are good. "

"bad customer serviceordered an item and a day later i am told that the item is out of stock and they have no plans of getting anymore in. however i don't have my refund.i look online to buy it again else where and they still have the item on their website. if you don't have it and don't plan on getting it then remove it from your site now i have to buy somewhere else and i will not get it on time. now i will not get this in time for a business trip.i don't recommend to anyone"
"I purchased two bluetooth headsets and really thought I was getting a deal, but I was shipped "refurbished" items. This fact was omitted from any product pages on the site. I figured I couldn't beat the price so I kept them, but they soon acted glitchy and now that the short 30 day return period is over I am stuck with a shoddy product.As far as customer service goes, don't expect any! When I first placed my order it took over a week to ship and I probably wouldn't have heard anything on the status of my order if I had not contacted the company. I asked about making a return after the 30 day period had expired and was completely ignored.At this point I feel I have wasted $30, but learned to check review forums like this before giving any online company my business. "

I just emailed them a response since I got it 5 min ago, but it seems that this is their M.O. Stay away. The lower price is not worth the disappointment and unprofessionalism."
"Ordered the Big Jambox unit. Was such a good price I ordered two but based upon the previous reviews here I did not hold out hope of getting what I wanted. After ordering (about 48 hrs later) they contacted me and stated they only had 1 unit, not 2 that I ordered and asked me to confirm that one was ok or cancel. So I confirmed. Unit was shipped and received within decent time (USPS). Unit was received in bulk packaging looked in new condition with no damage (was packaged pretty well for shipping. Overall pleased with the purchase. Only slight negative was they obviously did not have inventory status on ordering but they at least got me the one unit.My ratings were based upon the following:1. Best price out there.2. Shipping process was a bit slow but was only $8 to ship you get what you pay for. Product was packaged well for shipment. It just took a bit for them to actually make progress on the order and it was submitted.3. Customer service was good overall but response is slow.Overall I would buy from them again. Getting that cheap of a price, don't expect red carpet service. I'm sure they have low low staffing and as a result responses are slow. Want a faster ship, response, etc... then pay more $$$ for it."
"I ordered a Back Beat 906 and got a 903 model in the mail (months ago). I have made 5 attempts to get the 906 adapter with no luck. I called the phone # on my credit card and the guy sounded like he was bothered by me calling. He said to submit my info on the web site and it'd get fixed. Well, I submitted it months ago, got an almost immediate reply that they were sorry and would ship the adapter right away. Apparently right away means something different for them as it's been nearly 4 months and no adapter. I would NOT recommend this company. AND, I suspect that all of the 5-star ratings/reviews were done by an employee and NOT a customer."
"Their service is downright terrible. I have been trying to get the 3 extra pairs of Eargels that were not with the headset. I received the headset the 1st of May, 2012 and have been e-mailing them ever since with no results. A couple responses where, oh, we are so sorry, we will get them out ASAP. I’m still waiting almost 4 months later. I will NEVER do business with them again and if you don't want endless hassles, I would recommend staying away from them. I rate them a minus 10."
"I sure wish I had took the time to read this before ordering. I haven't received anything on my order I called the number that was on my bank accout. The man was very rude I ask about my order. He said he would call me back in five min. Yep you guessed it blocked my number I guess. No call back and now won't answer. Stay away."

These "people" could care a less about you. STAY AWAY!!! I finally did receive the item, and NEVER got one email back to this day. Several friends really liked the hands free speaker I bought and asked me where I got it, I refused to give them BluetoothTronics name."
"I ordered a headset it came not in original packaging and did not work I wrote several emails they final wrote back and told me to ship it back, I refused to pay to ship so they sent me a label and I shipped it back. That was over a month ago they have still not refunded my$ and will not repond to emaIl. They stole my money and I am contacting the bb to report them do not buy from them they are thief's."
