"Avoid this merchant at all costs. They advertised a refurbished product, claimed they had 8 in-stock, and then took almost a month to ship me anything. When my shipment did arrive, it was a used item (ie: not refurbished - it hadn't even been wiped clean) and did not appear to have even been shipped by them (the shipping tag reflected another companies name and the item appeared to have come from eBay). On top of that, I had ordered 2 of the same printers but only received 1. Based on my experience, it appears they may be offering items on their site they do not have and then bidding for them on eBay.
I've never had a worse online ordering experience, and highly recommend you find an alternative store to purchase from."
