"Impossible to contact!! It's a scam."
"I bought a Logitech Google t.v. unit which was defective. Blueprotons "contact us" page doesn't/hasn't functioned in the 3 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement. Seems like they take the money and then are gone. Disappointed in Amazon for carrying Blueproton and would never buy from this merchant again."
"They DO NOT stand behind a purchase that NEVER worked. I purchased a Nook through Amazon and it never worked, I tried to return it and they told me to go through Barnes and Noble (who told me they cannpt fix it because I did not buy it through them). They have ignored all attempts from them to get my money back. I have never had a bad experience through Amazon before now."
""They sent out a perishable item on the same day it EXPIRED. They offered to send out more but by then it was too late so I requested a refund. A month later and still no refund. What kind of company is this? Expired products and the worst customer service." "
"Pay attention to the return policy and that should say it all. Do not purchase from this company. Anything they call "refurbished" is likely a piece of junk that they will sell you at a high price and not stand behind, even if the moderately used product breaks only 4 months after purchase. I purchased an MP3 player that seemed as though it were new. Nice packaging and very clean. When it stopped working after only four months I called the manufacturer who told me there's no fix for it and that I should go back to the company that I purchased it from. BlueProton's reply (2 whole sentences, by the way) was that it's not BlueProton's problem and that I should take up my concerns with the manufacturer. Worst of all, I prematurely left them positive feedback that Amazon will no longer allow me to retract. You'd do better to not do business with this company, especially if you're not one to throw money away and are on a tight budget. Am I unreasonable to expect that if a company sells me an item labeled "refurbished" that I can expect the item to have been repaired/restored to like-new working condition or, at the very least, that the item work for more than 4 months?!"
"Exceptionally fast shipping - ordered Friday, received Monday. I bought Sandisk bulk packaged SDHC cards and tested two of them - they passed benchmark tests with flying colors. Buy from BlueProton based on total price including shipping. There is no discount for multiple purchases. This was still the best overall price I could find on the net, even though I paid $39.90 S&H for a package arriving 1st class mail."
"Stay away from this company. In my opinion, Amazon should sever all ties with them. I ordered 4 Sandisk 4GB MicroSDHC Memory Cards with SD Adapter and realized that they would not work with the new cell phones that I had recently purchased. I received the RMA # from Bluproton and sent the cards back and it has now been over 4 months and I have not been credited for the purchase. The cards were inexpensive ($36 including shipping) but by the time I paid for return shipping and packaging I was out almost $50. I also could not find a contact number or physical address for these people. Bottom line, if anything goes wrong with your order from this company you are in trouble. I went to Walmart and got a decent deal on the cards and had the peace of mind that a return would not be a problem."
"Only ordered a couple of items from them, but so far have had no issues. I have placed orders through their Amazon storefront, and the process has been relatively problem-free. Only issue I have is that they sometimes to not send out a shipping confirmation e-mail once they send out the order.I have bought a SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo card and a SanDisk CompactFlash card from them, and the cards they sent have been genuine. With the rash of fake SanDisk cards that are out there, it is nice to have another known source of genuine cards to order from."
"On May 13, 2009 I purchased 2 SanDisk 8 GB extreme SDHC flash memory cards for $105.58 from BlueProton on Amazon.com’s website. After realizing that BlueProton Consulting was not on SanDisk's list of sellers be eligible for a rebate, I requested an RMA number from BlueProton to return the cards.I returned the cards on 5/21/2009 via FedEx using their PO Box number, as there was no street address on their Returns Page. After a few days I got a call from FedEx indicating they could not deliver to a P.O. Box. Before returning the discs I was apprehensive about the P.O. Box number but I had no choice, nowhere on the Internet could I find a street address for blue proton. FedEx had told me they would attempt to find an address so they could deliver the parcel. I searched the Internet again and just as I figured, BlueProton was hiding behind a P.O. Box 333 number! It's obvious they want to remain invisible. I Goggled BlueProton and found a number of websites with very bad experiences with BlueProton. I wasn't surprised but I was shocked at the number of complaints, pages and pages of negative comments.I searched the Internet again, found an address for BlueProton consulting but it was in a different city and not useable. Blue proton never responded to my e-mail and they never returned my phone calls. Finally I sent an e-mail telling them how mad I was, that they hide behind a P.O. Box number and that I would protest the charge on my credit card. This got their attention. Finally I got an e-mail from BlueProton with their address. I called FedEx, gave them the address and the delivery was made. Finally on 5/26/09 I was given a credit of $81.76 on the returned cards. The original charge of $105.58 less a15% restocking fee and a charge for shipping. This is one of my worst experiences ever! Needless to say, I'll never buy from BlueProton again!Perry K"
"I am a buyer for an electronics manufacturing company and have been purchasing memory cards from Blue Proton since July 2008. Not only is their price the best anywhere, their customer service has been nothing less than excellent! Only one time was a major mistake made - we received the wrong cards - and Doug Gauld at Blue Proton quickly remedied it. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and will continue to use them as long as there is a need. 5 STARS - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"
"Unit was damaged right out of the box. Power switch didn't work. Can't return because BlueProton never sent a receipt! I think these people are scam artists."
"Everything excellent, as advertised. I first found them as an Amazon WebStore, but have gone back to look at their web site directly."
"Found this seller thru a spam email from Amazon. Everything "looked" good and prices were good as well. I placed a small order with delivery stated for the 7th of Jan. 09. Nothing was ever delivered. Emailed them thru Amazon and directly from thier own website with no response to any of my communications. **EDIT** 1-20-09.BlueProton has proved to be a stand company and followed up with this and sent me replacement items for the ones I did not receive. Although things started rough, they went the extra mile to make me, the buyer happy and I will now reccomend them them to anyone."
"I bought my USB ab from this seller through amazon.com and they are awesome! The price even with the shipping cost is dirt cheap..."
