"Bought a new replacement screen for a customer's Acer Aspire. They were a few dollars cheaper than the rest on Ebay, so I went with them. When I installed it and turned it on, there was a crack. Probably the idiot Post Office's handling methods as there was stellar padding. (I give the Post Office 40 hours a week of my time.) "I have a small computer repair store and have ordered screens from Bliss for a long time. I order several screens / week. I will always order from Bliss if they have the screen in stock. Their pricing is fair, the delivery time good and the few times I have had any issues - their staff is really really excellent to work with. They have also provided me technical advice on certain occasions. And they really do a nice job shipping screens so they arrive undamaged. With some ebay suppliers, the odds that the screen arrives undamaged due to shipping is a crap shoot. I recommend Bliss highly. I was reviewing the reseller ratings.com site and I saw the unfavorable review for Bliss. I can only say that my experience over a long period of time has been that this is a great company to have as a supplier. "
"As a laptop repair center, I have purchased many LCDs from Bliss. Pricing is usually fairly competitive. More recently I have found DOA LCDs to be more frequent. I most recently sent back a DOA LCD. They refunded me the purchase price but would not refund shipping either way. I paid $14.99 for the part to be shipped to me and paid $10 UPS Ground to ship the part back. I was willing to eat the $10 return shipping. but for them to not return my $14.99 shipping for sending me a bad product is just silly. This is the last time our 3 service centers use this place. "

"These guys helped me out Optimus at East Coast LCD screens. They wen above and beyond to help me with a product issue. Then when I RMA's the device due to a mix up on part numbers which was neither parties fault; i forgot to include the RMA paperwork or other Identifying way for them to process the RMA when I realized what Happened I contacted them, they could have screwed me but instead they went out of the way to make sure I got my money back. I was also a 1st time customer! "I have ordered several screens (20+) from Bliss in the past; their shipping was a bit slow, but nothing too bad. The latest screen has been a nightmare. I received what looked like a new screen from them a few days after I ordered it. It was DOA, after 20 screens 1 DOA is not unexpected. I submitted an RMA via their website and finally got their approval email 3 days later. I sent out the screen the same day. A week later I was starting to wonder where my new screen was so I tried to contact them via email, I got no response. Over the next several days I sent several more emails before they finally responded saying they never received the screen. So I sent them the tracking number verifying they had signed for it over a week before. I finally received my replacement screen a month after the original order. When I opened the replacement screen I noticed it was worn and obviously used, I tried it anyway. It was also DOA. This time I called them, left 3 messages before they finally got back to me. I sent it back as soon as I got another RMA approval. Since I sent it back I have sent them 5 emails and called (leaving voicemails) twice to try to get a status, they have not responded once. As of this writing, it has been a month and a half since my original order and I have no idea if I will get my screen.Edit: I received my 3rd DOA screen so I overnighted another from another company, it works fine.tl;dr RMA process is abysmal, customer service does not respond to emails or phone callsEdit: P.S. It seems like most of the reviews on this page are fake."
"THESE people are so awesome......Everytime we order ANY screen from them it is top quality and we have been ordering for several years from Bliss because their name says it all it is blissful working with them and MICHELLE is so awesome, reliable, dependable and prompt. She takes care of all my orders and never fails me..The two times in many years we had a problem, they rectified it immediately. I would not buy screens anywhere else.... If you getr Michelle in Sales you will be very satisfied. I am sure all the others are great because the overall process runs so smoothly but they are a bit hard to get on the phone sometimes but place an order online and you CAN TRUST it will be done. RELIABLE that is my word for them."
