A 12% VAT (on the purchase price plus shipping cost) and a 250 peso Brokerage Fee does apply. Upon my inquiry, FedX proceeded to inform me that they didn\u2019t know who their CUSTOMS BROKER was in Manila and asked me to call FedX Customer Service. Summarily, FedX charged me $54 Total Customs\/Duties\/Taxes which is about 28% ($15) more than they should have charged me ($39).<br><br>Most companies ship to the Philippines by Postal Service who are inexpensive relating to Customs\/Duties\/Taxes. I advise BLINQ.COM to ship via.
