"Yes it has been over seven days since the converter box I ordered was shipped. I have not received it yet but hopefully tomorrow. It seems to take a long time. Although my husband order some seeds from New York and they were here in two days.

"I received the Hard Drive today. Followed the instructions in the installation guide. When I turned on the computer I got this ERROR: no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed.

I went back to the installation guide and installled the Jumper Clipm as instructed. Still received the same error message. Is there something else I need to do. My computer is not reading the or seeing the new hard drive. Sure hope you can help.

"This is my first interaction with Blinq.com. I am very satisfied with the product (an android tablet) and I am very tickled with the price! (The lowest I could find on the internet and with free shipping). Blinq.com's follow thru with their sale was very professional, giving me timely updates and a tracking number to follow my delivery.

My chagrin lies with the delivery time... took considerably longer than I thought it should have, in this day and age. But this isn't a fault of Blinq.com, it's their carrier's fault - Fedex Smart Post. Now, granted, it did come across the country to get here... But... it took a whole week just to cross my state!

So... I give Blinq.com 5 out of 5 stars for their sales and service. And yes,I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

But I wouldn't recommend Fedex Smart Post to anyone today..."

"I purchased from Blinq.com a REFURBISHED (WITH NICKS AND SCRATCHES) Samsung Galaxy Tablet GP-7510 (P/N GT-P7510MAYXAB) and received a BRAND NEW LOOKING AND FUNCTIONING said Tablet.

The only negative experience was with the shipping to the Philippines by FedX who charged me MFN (Most Favored Nation) Tariff on said tablet when the Philippine 2013 MFN TARIFF SCHEDULE showed the TARIFF TO BE ZERO PERCENT (0%). A 12% VAT (on the purchase price plus shipping cost) and a 250 peso Brokerage Fee does apply. Upon my inquiry, FedX proceeded to inform me that they didn’t know who their CUSTOMS BROKER was in Manila and asked me to call FedX Customer Service. Summarily, FedX charged me $54 Total Customs/Duties/Taxes which is about 28% ($15) more than they should have charged me ($39).

Most companies ship to the Philippines by Postal Service who are inexpensive relating to Customs/Duties/Taxes. I advise BLINQ.COM to ship via. USPS.
