"Received a damaged blind and was not refunded shipping. How can you not be refunded shipping on a return if item comes damaged. Don't understand that. Will never shop blinds tear again and will definitly tell everyone I know how poor customer service is. "

“Very sorry that your blinds were damaged during shipping. It looks like we offered to remake them, at no charge of course, and you declined. We did not charge you for shipping and you received a 100% refund of $32.73 on 4/10/14. We apologize for your inconvenience.”
