reply posted Aug-26-2011 “The customer's order confirmation and the shipping confirmation emails were sent to the email address provided by the customer. They were received along with the RGA information emailed to the same address. The customer maybe did not check her spam folder when the emails were originally sent to her. Some people do forget to check there when receiving emails from a new sender.”
"Worst internet buying experience EVER. After placing my order, I did not receive an email confirmation, so I called to make certain my order was placed. After two calls, I was adamantly told my order did not exist and was not placed. Six days later, my sink arrived after I had made other arrangements. Can I return it? Yes....but they will deduct a 30% restocking fee, plus I have to pay return shipping, for an error that was NOT mine. Their customer service was incredibly hard to contact - and, obviously, inefficient. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. (By the way, the only way I have an order # was AFTER I received the sink, they can now locate my order). "
