"First order with binoculars.com. Very happy with the purchase. Item was in stock and the cost for 2 day shipping was very reasonable. Got the order on time and the automated emails kept me informed as to the status. I would order from them again, no problem so far!"

(After one month and still NO REFUND... now they say it could be another month before I receive it!!!)

THIS REVIEW APPLIES TO ALL NETSHOPS.com SHOPS. But specifically Binoculars.com

If you plan on returning your order, DO NOT expect a refund in any sort of timely manner. But that's not my only complaint.

First of all, when I placed my order I was given the option of what day to have the order delivered by. I chose Wednesday because I needed it for my vacation I was taking on Friday. Needless to say, it didn't arrive by Friday. When I returned home on Monday it was there.

So, I returned the item. Sent it back via FedEx and gave them the tracking number like they requested. It was delivered back to them at their warehouse 2 days later.

But a month later and NO REFUND. I've been in contact with them via email for a month and they keep saying the warehouse is behind and there's nothing they can do about it. So I get worried when a month passes and I call them to talk to the supervisor, he tells me it could take ANOTHER MONTH before I receive it. This is unacceptable. They claim there's nothing they can do about it.

On top of that, the supervisor refused to give me his last name. He has my full name, address, credit card number AND MY MONEY... yet he doesn't have the balls to give me his full name. Unbelievable.

So I've had to file a dispute claim with my bank to get my money. Luckily my bank credited me back and opened an investigation.

I can't state strongly enough -- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are over their heads with one warehouse handling 250 websites worth of goods"

"Ordered Pentax binoculars on Saturday 8/16. Order confirmation email stated ETA Friday 8/22.

Received email on Wednesday 8/19 stating binoculars had shipped on Monday, and received order on Thursday.

The website order status never worked properly, I was supposed to be able to track my order but it showed 'pending' through Wednesday when it changed to 'shipped' with a tracking link that didn't work.

Despite that I would buy from this merchant again, they delivered as promised."

" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!i purchased a pair of binoculars for 75.00. less than 24 hours after i recieved the binoculars the price dropped by 10.00 . i called to see if there was a any type of price match . the 'service' person said 'no , if gas prices go down do expect a refund?' before i could ask any more questions she hung up . "

"Ordered their Zhumell 25X100 binoculars with free shipping on Saturday and they arrived that following Thursday! Had the FedEx confirmation email on Monday so I could track my package. The aluminum case was in a custom bubble wrap sleeve instead of just a few hap-hazard pieces. The binos are perfect and the view is wondrous. I took them to work and everyone was amazed at my giant binoculars - they were envious. I was hesitant to order because of the other poor reviews but I loved the price, free shipping and no tax - and I came out a winner!!!"

"This order from Binoculars.com was my single worst experience in internet shopping ever. When I bought my item, the site said it was in stock and would ship the next business day. It also offered an upgrade to free 2-day shipping. They charged my credit card immediately. The first sign of trouble was that there was no e-mail or updated order status on the website 2 business days later. I called to find out why and was told it was out of stock but they would talk to the supervisor. They got back to me in writing confirming that the supervisor was able to push the order through that day. The next day -- still no tracking info available, but they assured me in writing that sometimes it takes the system 24-48 hours to update shipping information but that the shipment did indeed go out. I needed this product for a specific event that week and not only did it not arrive, I of course did not have time to obtain it from any other place either. I followed up several more times and never did get a straight answer. Finally I had them cancel the order because I found it somewhere else, although for more money. I wrote several professional but firm e-mail requesting feebdack from the supervisor and weeks later still have not heard a peep. I am sure there are lots of shady dealers out there, but binoculars.com had incorrect information on their website, and lied to me repeatedly about the status of my order, and despite my requests, continues to be completely unaccountable for what they did and for leaving me in a lurch."

"I ordered a pair of binocs that were advertised as bing 'in stock' - delivery 'estimate' was 5 days. I received an email that item had shipped, 2 days later, but no tracking #. Attempts to obtain tracking # from support met with no response. Finally, on my third email, I received an a response that my binocs were back ordered even though they said that they shipped.

Totally fraudulent. I'm supposed to get a refind to my cc after I just canceled - we'll see. BTW - they charged my card the day I ordered. 10 thumbs down."

"Fedex dropped the ball on a delivery of Fujinon 7x50 FMTRC-SX binoculars and refunded the delivery charges. Binoculars.com failed to pass on this refund ($39.80). After the transaction, binoculars.com refused to reply to any of my e-mails regarding this matter. Great pair of binos but shabby treatment by this vendor.

"Seller advertized "free shipping on orders over $150.00". They charged shipping and when I questioned it they said the offer had "expired". I went back to thier web site and the offer was still there. They then said the offer wasn't valid because the item was back ordered. The offer on the site say's nothing about this. Beware of this seller, they can't be trusted."

"Ordered a tripod on Wednesday. It was shipped on Thursday, and I received it Saturday morning (with the free shipping option which said FedEd 7-10 business days) Good price with Google Checkout, too!"
