But specifically Binoculars.com<br><br>If you plan on returning your order, DO NOT expect a refund in any sort of timely manner. But that\u0027s not my only complaint.<br><br>First of all, when I placed my order I was given the option of what day to have the order delivered by. I chose Wednesday because I needed it for my vacation I was taking on Friday. Needless to say, it didn\u0027t arrive by Friday. When I returned home on Monday it was there.<br><br>So, I returned the item. Sent it back via FedEx and gave them the tracking number like they requested. It was delivered back to them at their warehouse 2 days later.<br><br>But a month later and NO REFUND. I\u0027ve been in contact with them via email for a month and they keep saying the warehouse is behind and there\u0027s nothing they can do about it. So I get worried when a month passes and I call them to talk to the supervisor, he tells me it could take ANOTHER MONTH before I receive it. This is unacceptable. They claim there\u0027s nothing they can do about it.<br><br>On top of that, the supervisor refused to give me his last name. He has my full name, address, credit card number AND MY MONEY... yet he doesn\u0027t have the balls to give me his full name. Unbelievable.<br><br>So I\u0027ve had to file a dispute claim with my bank to get my money. Luckily my bank credited me back and opened an investigation.<br><br>I can\u0027t state strongly enough -- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! When I bought my item, the site said it was in stock and would ship the next business day. It also offered an upgrade to free 2-day shipping. They charged my credit card immediately. The first sign of trouble was that there was no e-mail or updated order status on the website 2 business days later. I called to find out why and was told it was out of stock but they would talk to the supervisor. They got back to me in writing confirming that the supervisor was able to push the order through that day. The next day -- still no tracking info available, but they assured me in writing that sometimes it takes the system 24-48 hours to update shipping information but that the shipment did indeed go out. I needed this product for a specific event that week and not only did it not arrive, I of course did not have time to obtain it from any other place either. I followed up several more times and never did get a straight answer. Finally I had them cancel the order because I found it somewhere else, although for more money. I wrote several professional but firm e-mail requesting feebdack from the supervisor and weeks later still have not heard a peep. Binoculars.com failed to pass on this refund ($39.80). After the transaction, binoculars.com refused to reply to any of my e-mails regarding this matter. Had the FedEx confirmation email on Monday so I could track my package. The aluminum case was in a custom bubble wrap sleeve instead of just a few hap-hazard pieces. The binos are perfect and the view is wondrous. I took them to work and everyone was amazed at my giant binoculars - they were envious.
