While I did feel a bit pressured to puchase more items, for which I did, the extra items weren't high dollar items, and they were to protect the lens. Ralph could sell poop on the street corner, and he reminded me of a car salesman. He was very kind, but pushy, and hardly understood the word "no". But that's what sales people do. I called back on a couple of occasions to express my concerns and dealt with a young man by the name of Kevin. He was very professional and patient with me. I was less than nice to him on one occasion, but he never stopped being professional or patient. I called again to report one of the items had not been sent and Kevin, once again, was a sweet heart. He stated he would order the item and have it shipped to me. No hassles, he just took care of it. Would I recommend this company? Yes. Will I use them again? Yes. "
"I ordered a Nikkor 18-200 vr lens from this company via the webb for $489.00. I called them first to find out if it came with a USA warranty. They said it did and that should order via the web for faster processing. Which I did. Later that day I got a call from a guy named Ralph (I doubt that it's his real name). Ralph wanted the three digit security code from my credit card which for some reason wasn't wasn't on their web form. Then Ralph advised me that this was an old lens and I got the last one. he said the NEW lens has an updated chip in it. sounded like a legitimate upgrade at the time. So, not knowing that the story was not true I said OK to the new lens and a UV filter for a package price of $631.00. Still a good price for that Nikkor lens. Ralph was to email me an invoice. I didn't get the invoice so I called customer service the next day who did send me an invoice.By the time I read the invoice, I got a shipping notification. To my shock the invoice said they shipped a Sigma 18-200 os lens instead of the Nikkor. A lens you by from Amazon for $399.98. Called customer sevice again, was treated rudely. I advised that I would contact the State Attorney General about this bait and switch act. I was told to refuse the shipment but if complained. the would charge a 15% restocking instead of 10%. I did refuse the shipment. Let see what happens. The bottom line is, PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE.DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE.
Here is an update. Discussed the matter with Kevin and received a full refund in a timely manner."

"Watch out. Another bait and switch. I was looking for the Canon HG21 Camcorder. Bingo lists it on the web site at $389. To good to be true. I called them to inquire about it. Sure enough it was the camera only (Not the retail package), and it was grey market (Not for the U.S.). When I asked for the retail package, the price jumped to $799. Still a good price, but I'm not going to risk buying from these guys."

"Ordered the Canon Vixia HG20 from their website. Upon calling for my expedited shipping, they tried to tell me the batter life is only 15 min. (hard to believe) and sell me a $150 "extended life" battery. Then tells me the menus on the camera are in Japanese. When I said it was not on their site, he said it was in their Conditions. You mean, hidden in their Terms and Conditions."
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BINGOCAMERAS.COM !!! Thanks to this site I was tipped off about SONICCAMERAS.COM. I was nearly through with my $1700.00 order for a Nikon D700 when I got that uneasy feeling. I called them and spoke to some belligerent a-hole for 30-seconds before realizing SONIC is a complete scam. So when I found BINGOCAMERAS.COM I was already weary. The bingo site has many of the same sidebar graphics and, sure enough, when I called it was the same idiot from Soniccameras. It looks like you guys have fingered these crooks out, and now they're trying to change the look to keep the rip-off alive....Thanks to all who posted, Way to go!!!"

It was only the body with no battery or anything else and then the guy had the nerve to hang up on me. Don"t trust this place. Iguess it"s like the old saying.. "i was going to order from the store ..called to a store to ask few questions ..the rep was so rude i asked does this item comes bran new with all accespries he said no ..& we ha nothing in stock call after 6 weeks though website is saying item in stock ..so beware of this store sell fraud items without original packaging & accesories"
