"Placed an order for Jagwire cables, Race Face Crank arms, Hope seat collar, and Jagwire Hyflow kit. I received an immediate email confirmation, and 2 more emails updating shipping. I received all items in excellent condition. I then called them to check stock on a Sun Ringle wheelset. 1 left in stock, so I ordered them. Prompt email sent with confirmation of my order, and second email with confirmation of payment received."
"Shipped to Canada which cost me $50 for shipping fees. The order didn't make it in 2 weeks despite them claiming 4 business days and after having made sure all items were "crazy fast"!!?? I have since left the country for Africa. Am $300 down for items I have never received. USPS tells me the items have returned to sender. After numerous emails ebike has not even replied once. Other than calling it theft I'm not sure what I can do from here. Any suggestions? "
"eBikeStop is a frequent source for some of our price matches. When our usual vendor was out of a critical item, we decided to give them a try. While initially wary of the (mostly older) negative reviews listed here, we were quite impressed.I spoke with Scott (who always seems to answer the phone) about 4 different times: first to clarify some questions on international orders, then to add a few more items as the other vendor advised us that they weren't unavailable (one at a time...) He was always helpful and courteous. They will price match as well, and we had no issues doing so. Do note that like many other stores, their system will not allow adding further PM'd items once the order has been placed.One item was supposed to ship in 1-2 business days, but it took a few more for it to reach them from their distributor. This was not an issue since we had to add more to the order, but for someone who was in a hurry it might have been disappointing - even though it was beyond their control. One other thing I should mention is that the two small items we added came packed inside the carton of the one big item (a repair stand). We approve of that - adding another box would have been wasteful, and because of the repair stand there was already an oversize shipping fee. However, some people may protest at losing the perceived sanctity of the packaging. I was pleasantly surprised that no additional shipping was applied, even when their website would have done so if the additional items had been in our cart from the beginning.Shipping to Canada is via USPS, and delivery time was a low/average 7 business days from shipping, to processing at customs, and on to our door.Thanks, we'll definitely be back!"
"I'm writing this review because I am fairly disappointed in this seller. I ordered three items (the shipping charges were very high)--one arrived broken (likely Fedex's fault), and the other two were fine. I returned the broken item and one of the other items. Unfortunately, I feel like bike stop did not offer good customer service because they did not offer to refund shipping for the broken item. They asked me if I wanted a replacement, but did not make any offers of free shipping when they asked. In the end, because of the initial shipping and the return shipping, I payed more than $40 for a $27 item. "

"Found they had best (lowest) prices for the items I was looking for. All parts were in stock. Parts were shipped in a timely manner. Parts were packaged appropratly and were recieved as I had ordered them. I reliazed I had ordered one wrong part (my fault). Filled out there easy to do return process, sent the part back, and reordered the correct part. Full refund was applied to my account in a timely manner. Would definitely order from them again! "
"Ordered a helmet and two pairs of bib shorts. Chose to return the bib shorts since I found them uncomfortable (not enough material - sort of like "short shorts"). Company was quick to refund. Emails were courteous. My only complaint is that their shipping charge was very high. "

I was surprised that they shipped the items at 3 different times because not everything was in stock.While I was disappointed that they did not inform me of the items being out of stock until I called inquiring why only some of the items were shipped, I was very happy that they were willing to ship the items separately instead of waiting for the rest of the items to be in stock, so I could receive them quicker. "eBikeStop.com appears to be run by incompetent fascists. Allow me to explain.I placed an order only to find out they were out of one item. No problem I said, go ahead and ship the order without the backordered item. I received an email back the same day saying the other half of the order had been shipped already. Great I thought, I will simply wait for my bike parts to arrive...I waited and waited, and finally emailed them about a week later to see what the tracking number is--I thought it was taking unusually long for the package to make it from Colorado to California.eBikeStop:Oh, your package? Well we never shipped it. It somehow got picked up by one of our seriously irrational and ill-advised departments. We thought that without telling you we would hold the order for two weeks while that part you said you didn't want anymore came into stock. We didn't think of emailing or checking with you about this. I asked for fast next day shipping as I was at this point seriously behind on the project and scheduled to leave town in three days.They refused to send it fast, and instead "upgraded" me to priority mail. No shipping discount, no discount of any sort. Just a bumbling apology and one very unhappy customer. "I had a great experience with eBikeStop, and relied heavily on their customer service. FedEx messed up and delivered my package to the wrong person, causing it to be lost. I worked with eBikeStop for weeks as they helped me through the process of getting a claim and reshipping everything for free. They were friendly and helpful at all steps along the way. I'd recommend them without hesitation--just get USPS shipping instead!"
"Poor execution. On my first order, the item was listed as "In Stock" until I ordered. Then it was backordered for month before I gave up and cancelled. Second order was shipped quickly but filled completely wrong. One item was just the wrong thing (a disc rotor instead of the whole kit). Another item I had order 2 of and only got 1! So just avoid these people. Not worth the hassle given the competition out there."
"I've ordered from these guys numerous times. They often have the best prices on the web. Aren't particularly fast shipping, but usually have my gear within about 7-10 days of ordering. They've fixed problems I've had with orders quickly. Answered other customer inquiries promptly. "
