I ordered a pair of Pearl Izumi 2012 Men\u0027s IsoShift Running Shoes (16110012) for $112.50...and to be fair...I\u0027m going to say its closer to 4\/11 since I ordered them late in the evening.<br><br>I received them today on 4\/16...five Days later (as advertised)and I saved myself $8-16.00 doing it! As far as customer support for this company...I sent them an email the morning of 4\/11 to confirm my order and what color I was getting - they responded the morning of 4\/13 and put my mind at ease. Bofore I ordered them I called their customer service to see if they were in stock which they were. The rep was very polite. I was very happy with the whole transaction and would do bisiness with them agian. They sent me an email for the order and three days later they provided me with a UPS tracking number. When I turned on the computer that afternoon to look up the phone number I had the email I was looking for with UPS tracking information. I received my order three business days later, complete and in perfect condition. I would buy from them again, no problem. I called them the next morning when I realized my mistake. Left a message with their customer service department and told then what happened. I also sent an email for good measure. They responded with an email within the hour saying it would be no problem to ship the XL instead of the L. I got my XL jersey a couple days later and I\u0027m satisfied with the customer service. "I have no clue where these negative reviews are coming from. I have just recieved my 4th order via Amazon in the past 2 months and have had no issues what so ever. Order showed up in a very timely manner and the product was all perfect. My orders ranged from socks and jerseys to a new cyclocomputer.... shrug. Great company, will continue to do business with them. I even emailed them one time to have a package re-routed and got a response within 1/2 hour! Great service!"
