"I would not recommend doing business with this company. I got my initial shipment as expected, but it didn't fit. I contacted them to authorize an exchange, and they sent me the mailing information I would need by email. I never received the exchanged jersey. When I contacted them, they said it was out of stock and that they had issued a refund minus the 15% restocking fee. How ridiculous. WHY didn't they tell me that it was out of stck when I called to arrange the exchange? WHY didn't they contact me before issuing the refund to see if there was other merchandise I might want to exchange it for before deciding to JUST KEEP 15% of my money. UNETHICAL. "

"Awful. I'm so annoyed that I didn't look for reviews of this company before I bought a last minute expedited shipping birthday present. I purchased on Monday. They sent an email that they had shipped on Friday. UPS didn't have the tracking number, yet. I called customer support and they have a stock message to email them. I emailed and received two automated replies. It's now Monday and UPS estimates that it will arrive tomorrow. That means 8 days between order and receiving. This is not 1-2 day shipping!"
"Worst online shopping experience ever. Avoid these guys like the plague. BikeSomeWhere but ShopElseWhereSent a damaged wheel after taking two days to fulfill the order. Reused a damaged box that they poorly retaped. Wheel arrived damaged and they blamed UPS because they said they wouldn't retape a box: UPS wouldn't tape over the old shipping label, it was done by them. Amazingly got someone to answer their phone, she said they would send a replacement immediately via 3 day select. Nothing arrives for a week and I call them constantly and send emails everyday. Finally, I get a response by sending them a message through amazon, which I imagine they have to respond to within a certain amount of time or they get a negative. They say they'll refund my money. Well, 5 days later they send me an email stating the wheel will be shipped next day air! I try to call, nothing. They send another email stating it will be shipped three-day instead. I've been making comments on their facebook page about the order issues, the person who maintains it has nothing to do with the company and is ignorant, he says they'll contact me and nothing happens. Today, he blocks me from commenting.It's been over a month since I originally placed the order and now I still have to wait two days to get it. The few bucks you MIGHT save are definitely not worth the headache. BikeSomeWhere.com is not the place to shop."
"Worst online purchase ever! After waiting over two days for Bikesomewhere to process my "expedited" order, for which I'd paid 2nd day air, I reluctantly decided to cancel my order. I arrived at this decision after leaving six emails and voicemails, all inquiring about when I would receive shipment confirmation. Sure, I received responses to the emails (not the voicemails), but they merely stated they'd received my emails and were doing everything they could and yada yada ... In other words, they read like they were automated, but not quite. "Mila" was the name of the drone who sent me the emails.As I write this, the last email that I received from Bikesomewhere indicated that they had issued a refund and that it is in my Paypal account. The email even went so far as to instruct me to check my Paypal account and then transfer the refund to another account of my choice (wierd, huh?). Well, guess what . . . THE MONEY BIKESOMEWHERE SAID IT REFUNDED HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED!!!I feel like I've been mugged. The only recourse I have is to open a dispute through Paypal and keep my fingers crossed that I get my $160 back sometime within the next millennium. I would be interested in finding out if they accept charges on all customer orders before the orders leave their facility or if that's just a nuanced and "standard" procedure when paying with Paypal. If the former is their normal practice, I think it might be illegal. Obviously, it would be legal for a retailer to request an "authrorization" from a bank for payment, before an item has actually shipped; once the item ships, the authorization could then be turned into an actual payment because it had then been "earned". Something tells me it might be worthwhile to verify whether or not BikeNOwhere is doing this. If it is not, contact the Better Business Bureau.This transaction has been especially infuriating because the item that I needed is keeping me from taking a tour that I have been planning for over a year in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. Shame on Bikesomewhere!"
"I ordered a small hitch lock from BikeSomeWhere (BSW) through Amazon on June 2nd and was told that it would be delivered by June 13th. On June 11th, Amazon sent me an email informing me that BSW had still not shipped my item. I sent an email to BSW inquiring when they would ship my item. Also, since I did not have faith in them anymore, asked that they inform me if they were not able to fulfill the order soon thereafter as I had ordered it as part of a gift. Without any other correspondence, BSW cancelled my order. While this is partially what I wanted (besides an explanation and an apology), it also had the effect of making it impossible for me to leave feedback on Amazon. This is probably why they have a 4.6 (out of 5) star rating on Amazon, but such a poor rating here. I would discourage anyone from doing business with BSW."
"Just horrible customer service!! I received spinning shoes as a Mother's Day Gift late because my daughter didn't think that it would take 2 weeks to receive them. Bikesomewhere never mentioned that cleats also need to be purchased. I then called on this and found out that I could return the shoes, but pay all return shipping, so I purchased the cleats, after arguing for bikesomewhere to pay the additional shipping. Then after receiving the cleats discovered that I now needed a nut to attach the cleats to the shoes.This was a gift, so I wanted to make this work. Why doesn't this company lay it all out and inform the buyer of everything that is needed for a particular product? No one was helpful, no one could explain how to attach the cleats. I believe they don't know anything about their products. I will never shop at bikesomewhere again. After all the additional cost,the savings would have been better at a neighborhood bike store. Stay away from a company that doesn't even care or respond to calls or emails. Finally, I watched u-tube directions and was able to obtain the proper equipment to install my cleats. Bikesomewhere should be bikenowhere!"
"I was waiting for a whole week to get a tracking number. then three days later I received a package from them. everything came as I expected. wish they would have a faster processing/packing time. nothing else bad to say. anyhow forgot to mention I sent an email to ask for a tracking, they replied back within 48 hours. it's ok I guess."
"I was horrified when I saw the customer service reviews for Bikesomewhere.com because I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size on a bike jersey from them. I called them the next morning when I realized my mistake. Left a message with their customer service department and told then what happened. I also sent an email for good measure. They responded with an email within the hour saying it would be no problem to ship the XL instead of the L. I got my XL jersey a couple days later and I'm satisfied with the customer service. If they've been poor in the past, it looks as if they've made good strides to improve."
"I paid for next day shipping.. not next day delivery... so at the very least the only thing i expected was the items to ship on friday or monday because i ordered thurday at 10 am.. well im 2 hours away from bikesomewhere.. why has it taken 6 days for them to even ship my items after I paid twice as much for the shipping as the items! I called bikesomewhere.. They are just a bunch of stupid kids who dont know anything about business or bikes.. If you have something good to say about them.. its probably fake.. no.. it IS fake.. I think the good posts are made by that stupid hipster kid who owns the place cause we know good and well none of the actual customers would say ANYTHING good about them.. "The customer service at BikeSomeWhere is amongst the worst I have experienced and I will never shop there again as a result of that experience. I ordered two pairs of cycling socks from them under the impression from the appearance of the socks on their Web site that they were a women's item. However, when I received the socks, the packaging indicated that they were men's. I contacted customer service, who informed me that it was a "unisex" item, even though "unisex" used men's sizing. I was unable to get a refund of my shipping charges and had to pay to return the item to them as they would not exchange them stating that I had received the item I ordered. If an item is not listed as men's, I really do not know how I would have known that they used men's sizing, particularly as there was nothing in their appearance to indicate that it was men's socks. I also do not understand why I would know that a unisex item used men's sizing. In fact, the information on the Web site is confusing, and the least they could have done, is allowed me to exchange the items with no extra charges for shipping. I have a feeling that I am not the first that this has happened to, and simply adding this information to their Web site would prevent this type of mistake. However, the customer service reps that I spoke to were nothing but rude, stating I was 100% incorrect, that there was no fault on their part. They simply refused to hear the customer and know how things were being presented to them by their own advertisement. Well, good luck, they've lost one customer and anyone else that I would recommend."
"The reviews about "BikeSomeWhere" here on "Reseller Ratings" made me think twice about this purchase, but since these running shoes are so expensive and I really needed this new model in particular...I decided to take a chance. BikeSomeWhere is the only online store that sells them at a discount, so I took the risk of ordering them anyway as my credit card company can fight the battle if there is to be one...right? I ordered a pair of Pearl Izumi 2012 Men's IsoShift Running Shoes (16110012) for $112.50...and to be fair...I'm going to say its closer to 4/11 since I ordered them late in the evening.I received them today on 4/16...five Days later (as advertised)and I saved myself $8-16.00 doing it! As far as customer support for this company...I sent them an email the morning of 4/11 to confirm my order and what color I was getting - they responded the morning of 4/13 and put my mind at ease. They did a great job for running shoes...so dont be afraid to order from them...let your CC company worry for you. :)"

"I can't believe I bought from them without looking up their reviews first. Bought some fenders and found they were missing a part they were supposed to have, but had to open the package first to do so. Emailed, and after a dozen terse, unhelpful email exchanges am finding they will NOT send me the missing part, but will gladly let me send the fenders back. However, because I opened the package they refuse to say anything one way or the other about a refund. I'll take the 50 other one-star reviews as a sign to keep the fenders and buy the damned missing part, not hold my breath about any refund that clearly won't come.Let's not even mention that they took a whole week before sending out the item and that the fenders were the wrong width. Sigh..."
"I'm an avid online shopper I buy most of my gear if not all online. I have never had such a horrendous experience with an online company as I did with this one. I placed a 2 day expedited order on february 5th, which I still have not yet received and it is the 13th. After multiple emails and phone calls to cancel the order or at least have the shipping refunded, there has been no response. My advice, "OrderSomewhere" else!!!!!!!"
