I returned the package but received no refund. The package was tracked, so I know the received it and when. After multiple emails, phone calls, and wasted time, I gave up and filed a claim with Amazon. Then we had to exchange two of the items, no problem here either. Returned jersey and exchanged bib shorts for higher priced ones. We received credit on our credit card for difference, and new bib shorts sent. So far so good, right? Nope! They sent us the wrong size for the bib shorts on the exchange in mid May. We emailed and called (of course no response) Finally, Alex sent us an email asking for proof that the wrong size was sent, so we sent pics same day. Sent back wrong sized bib shorts May 26th, just for an exchange in size. They received the bib shorts in their warehouse on May 31st. I have just recieved my 4th order via Amazon in the past 2 months and have had no issues what so ever. Order showed up in a very timely manner and the product was all perfect. My orders ranged from socks and jerseys to a new cyclocomputer.... shrug. Great company, will continue to do business with them. I even emailed them one time to have a package re-routed and got a response within 1\/2 hour! Looked up their address on Google, shows a shady building with a suite #. This isn\u0027t an actual bike shop. Just some fly by night scam operation. Guessing they will be out of business in the next few months. I know some people inside the bike business that say they are past due over $1,000,000 dollars with their distributors. I ordered these shoes on 4\/3\/2011 and paid $19.95 for expedited (2 day) shipping. They were not shipped until 4\/6\/2011, and I did not receive them until 4\/8\/2011. I asked for a credit for the shipping in an email and was told to call. It took me multiple attempts to get a live person. They refused to refund my $19.95. I gave them a choice to refund the $19.95 and keep me as a customer, or refund less and lose me as a customer. They chose to refund me $10 and lose me as a customer. "I just had the same experience as many on here. I actually ordered from bikeshopliquidators.com which is the same guy, so avoid both sites. I ordered on a Monday evening. 2 business days later on Wednesday I emailed asking for a status, no reply. 3rd business day, email again, no reply again. 4th business day, Friday, email again, get a reply on Saturday morning that I need to wait 3 business days for them to process my order and that it has been sent to the mfr and that it should be shipped Mon or Tues. I reply immediately and explain that it's already been 4 business days, of course no reply. Monday comes and goes. Monday night I email again. Tuesday morning (today) I get an email saying my money has been refunded. That's all, no explanation, no apology, nothing. The reason they entered in the PayPal refund was "out of stock". At least I got my money back. Don't forget bikesomewhere.com = bikeshopliquidators.com. Always do a whois lookup to make sure you're not buying from the same person with multiple domain names. And if you see "3 business days to process order" run don't walk to another website. Any good online business processes and ships same day they receive your order."
