Up until this point I recommended them to all of my riding friends and was thoroughly pleased with their customer service and part selection. However, this experience destroyed all faith I had in them and I will not be shopping with them in the future. <br><br>I placed an order for about $380 that included a black decal sticker ($35). Upon receiving the item I checked the invoice for the order and confirmed that the black sticker (BB part number 844174) had shipped. The packaging for the sticker made it difficult to see if the sticker was exactly the correct color but it looked black and the numbers matched so I moved on. Upon applying the sticker and removing the covering it was easy to see that the sticker that was sent was the dark gray\/silver sticker (BB part number 844173). <br><br>I removed the sticker immediately and called Bike Bandit. They told me nothing could be done since the sticker was already used. I would understand If I ordered the wrong part number, or if I did not check the invoice. Until the sticker is applied it is very difficult or next to impossible to see the difference between a dark gray\/silver and a black sticker. However, they insisted they would do nothing. I was forced to eat $35 plus shipping over a mistake that their warehouse made. I have no faith in their customer service now and will not be ordering from them again. Checked with my bank and they said everything was good on ther end. BikeBandit said I should try PayPal.<br><br>Second order. Payment via PayPal, Canceled. No email notification at all. Called and no one could give me a reason and I would be contacted later with a reason. I was never contacted so after two more phone calls later found out it was because my billing address didnt match which was BS cause it does match and I never have had problems before with my credit card or PayPal. <br><br>I decided to give Motorcycle Superstore a try (similar tire prices with free shipping)and tires were at my door two days later no problems at all. It was kind of hard to figure out which ones I needed to order for my motorcycle, but with some research and comparing the cap chart to the spark plug chart, I was able to figure out which ones should work. The shipping sucks, mostly because of the USPS not Bikebandit.com, but bike bandit is kind of expensive on shipping since they are just using regular mail. Overall everything worked out good and I am happy.
