"I have been a customer of BRW for nearly 6 years. I didn't use to have any problems. Then about a year ago, they started charging over DOUBLE the long-distance rate quoted on their website. I e-mailed "Jack", my support person twice, and when I finally received a reply he claimed that he would fix it. Nothing was done. Only after I contacted the BBB did he credit my account and change the LD rate to what it should be. Last month on July 4th, I received a letter in the mail saying that as of July 1st, if I did not call my local number and change my PIC code to the carrier that BRW has changed to, I would be charged 8.1 cents per minute (previous rate was 3.2 cents per minute). I called and made the change on July 10th. However, from July 1st on I was charged 10 CENTS per minute. I e-mailed Jack and received no reply. I guess I'll have to contact the BBB again to get my money back and find another LD provider. BUYER BEWARE!"
"I have had several carriers over the years and I have to say this is the best company by far. I was surprised to find there were no hidden charges. I like the way you bill as well. As you can see. I either don't call at all or I'm talking and talking all at one time. I like not getting the huge bills and you charge when it gets to a certain amount. I was surprised to find this letter from you and it was not a form letter. Keep up the great work. This is like doing business with the old country store that does what they say they will do and when the tell you something it is as good as their hand shake. "
