"I ordered a book from BiggerBooks.com a week ago. This morning I noticed a status of 'NON' listed in the status column. 'NON' is not listed in their LONG list of status codes, so I called the company to find out what it meant. I was told that the book is not available. I was also told that many book venders list books that they do not have in stock. (Now, why would someone list something for sale that they do not have??? I think that is called fraud!) I have ordered many books from many different companies and have always received what I ordered...and usually in a very timely manner.

I would also like to point out that BiggerBooks.com does not seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction. I did some research this morning before calling them and found nothing but bad reviews. (I was a little suspicious about the company because it had been a week and my book had not yet shipped) When I questioned the man that I spoke to about it, and told him that the company was going to get yet another poor review from me, his response to me was: "so be it". I am not sure what type of operation BiggerBooks.com is running, but PLEASE BEWARE !!!

I, like others, wish I had read the very poor reviews for this company before ordering from them... What a disappointment. "

"Here's my story... I ordered a Messiah score which the website says is a 2004 copyright, and the shipping was listed as 2.98. The book I received was c.1992; the shipping magically increased 33% after they had my payment info; and the book arrived damaged. It had black smudges like soot all over the cover. I tried to contact them via email 3 times, and like everyone else, received no response. Do business with this site? You decide..."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE Sites like this should be illegal. There is no way to make contact with this company other than by e-mail, which they do not respond to, nor do they update you on a placed order as to if it has been canceled or you may receive the books 3 months from now, nothing. Very disappointing. "

"i ordered a textbook from them and it took them a whole week to inform me that they were not able to fill my order. they automatically canceled the order on me leaving me with no choice but to order my book elsewhere and pay for expedited shipping. UNRELIABLE, STAY AWAY!!!"

"I was extremely unhappy with your services. I ordered a textbook weeks in advance of my course start date. However, I never received it. I did receive an email stating that I would received my book as soon as possible. Yet, when I called your company myself I was told you didn't even have it in stock and that you had no idea when you would actually receive another copy. Now my class starts in five days. I've had to order from another source and I hope their services are better than yours. "

"I now know that Biggerbooks and Ecampus are the same company (same address, same customer service, same billing).
FYI, Since Biggerbooks refuses to publish their phone number, call the Ecampus customer service number: (888-388-9909).
I ordered 2 books, then tried to cancel the next day, via email. I cancelled because I got "upsold" to more expensive shipping than I asked for (their web interface is a real pain to navigate). They sent a cancellation email, but then I continued to get autogenerated emails saying my order would ship soon. Since I didn't have their number, I sent emails, which were ignored, and it did get shipped.
On a positive note, the person on the phone (Ecampus) was extremely friendly, and said to refuse shipment at the post office and return the package to sender, with a refund to follow in 5 weeks.
It has been 3 weeks so far; too early to tell if I'll get a refund.

Nice or not, it was a big inconvenience."

"This seller should be banned. I really wish I had found this website of reviews before I ordered fom them. I ordered a NEW book from them and received , after a pretty long shipping time, a clearly used book with a DVD in a broken case. After several attempts to contact them I finally got a note that they would take a return. This is a college text book - if I could wait for anotuer book to arrive this wouldn't be a problem. They are slow to ship and absolutely LIE about the quality/condition of their items."

"I ordered a an algebra text on 9/1/10 and paid for 2 day shipping. It wasn't mailed until 9/9/10 and scheduled for delivery on 9/14/10. Is that really their idea of 2 day delivery? Maybe they should keep the book and read it themselves. They need a lot of help in the math and business areas. "

"I'm very disappointed in the customer service and shipping time for your product. I placed an order over a week ago (22 AUG 11) for a text book that I need for a class that began Saturday, 27 AUG 11. I didn't realize the small print, that describes that it takes at least 7-business days for you to receive the book and then an additional 3-5 business days for you to ship the product to me (according to the customer service representative). Additionally, the customer service representative mentioned that your (shipping) office is in KY and I'm in TN so it shouldn't take up to 5-days (we're border states; why so long). This is the first time I've used your service; other on-line business I've used has a significantly shorter delivery time and even simplified tracking system and customer service -- I don’t understand why your delivery time is so long or why it isn't otherwise conspicuously noted on your site.

Your tracking system only gives limited information of the product ordered and I e-mailed you yesterday to inquire about my order: I have not yet received a reply from that message. I attempted to call your representative yesterday and finally when I was cued to the human customer service representative, the automated message said my wait time was 19-minutes (totally unacceptable). Today when I called, it wasn't nearly as long; but a 9-minute wait on the phone for a book that will potentially take more that 2-weeks to receive just means that dealing with your business is slow, unprofessional, and poorly organized. In order for me to be successful I will no longer use your services.
