"After ordering they sent me an e-mail with UPS tracking number. The tracking number turned out to be invalid and the item never shipped.I called their support 800# 10 times and never got through,just sat on hold for 10+ mins each time to be trans to a mbx that doesn't take messages.I emailed them 15 times and received no reply.I have disputed the charge as they absolutely SUCK, will never order from these rip off artists again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"i purchased what i thought was a new tv on bigondigital.com. soon after my card was charged, i went back to the website and found that the tv i bot was re-categorized as a 'mfr. re-certified' tv. I DID NOT see that on the original page where i bot the TV. Several online reviews on pricerunner.com state that they had the same thing happen to them. i called my bank and cancelled my order. i may get hit with some charges, oh well....beware of bigondigital.com...IT"S A SCAM and several people have said so...."
"I placed this order online on November 3 and had to call 5 times before I could get my item shipped. This order was a Christmas gift and finally arrived December 23, after several calls placed to them. Customer Service and delivery are horrible. I will not ever use them again."
"Awful, awful, awful. Caveat emptor, as this group is as dishonest as the day is long on June 21 at the North Pole. After assuring me that the TV was definitely in stock and would be shipped in the next 48 hours, two days later they revealed that it was being drop shipped immediately and would arrive in a week. When that didn't happen, they said that there was product damage so it would be on the next truck out. AFter pressing them, they admitted it hadn't ever been shipped.Meanwhile, they charged my AMEX card on the day of purchase. When asked today to provide credit, they invented story of needing a letter from me. AMEX cxld this transaction immediately as no shipping had occurred.In a word, sleazy."
"About 16 hours after I placed my order they started emailing me asking me to call. I replied asking what the hold up was, and my only response was an identical email the next day asking me to call. I entered two phone numbers into my profile. I guess they are too lazy to call, or they expect you to do the leg work while they sit on the order."
"I ordered an in stock item in October and after two weeks of trying to find out any information,no communication was sent by Big On Digital, was told the item was on back order. When the TV finally shipped in November, it arrived damage and again there was no communication as to the status and they did not call nor communicate the status. I finally cancelled the order after they kept telling me that they didn't know when the product would ship. This company by far has the worst customer service I've ever encountered."

"I found Big On Digital and called them to possibly order an Olympus c-750 from them for my personal use. I had called 11 other businesses who carry this model. Big On Digital was the most informative and helpful. The salesman, Mike, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. "I called on Friday, 11/14/03 and they confirmed that the item is in stock and available for the immediate shipment. I placed the order as directed by them. They called me on Sunday and confirmed that the item is in stock andthat it will be shipped within 48 hours. They tried to push me to buy additional overpriced items. I did not. They confirmed the item will ship within 48 hrs. On Tuesday, 11/18/03 they sent me an email "We regret to inform you that at the present time the product that you haveordered is not available for immediate delivery."This is a classical fraudulent scam practiced by most of sthe store in New YOrk area that advertise prices close to 50% below the current market. I cancelled the order."
"I ordered a Sony DSP-P92Cyber Shot digital camera on November 4, 2003. I never got the camera because this company put me through 10 days of living hell! They wouldn't send me email confirmations, and when I called the company on the phone the just kept making lame excuses as to why I hadn't recieved the camera in the 5 to 7 days (ground transportation shipped) when I'm only 1 state away. When I got to the bottom of it, they never processed my order. I immediately cancelled my order and had them credit my Visa Card. I then contacted the BBB to find out they have had 4 complaints against them since they opened business in January! I also learned this company operates under the name Wholesale Digital as well. Please, be careful dealing with this company!"
"If you order items that are expensive be prepared to call and conferm your order. This reseller is extreemly slow at actually shipping out items as well. My advice is that once you purchase a product from them to emediatly call and check the status of the order don't rely on the online status since it seems to be flawed. Another problem is that they don't actually send you out a confirmation when you purchase something like their site says. "
