reply posted Jun-06-2013 “Once you contacted us via our contact ticket system we replied in 1 hour 10 mins and told you that you first have to contact the manufacturer to have them confirm the defect (this is how we get reimbursed for shipping costs). If they confirm it we said in our e-mail we would issue a return label and swap the unit at no cost to you. We never heard back from you.”
"While the order did arrive in a timely manner, it was not correctly filled as I did not receive the 20rnd steel mag I ordered. An extra 10 rd mag was in it's place, but I had already ordered two of those and so still do not have a 20 rnd mag."
