"I just ordered a lehenga from Bharatplaza and it is BEAUTIFUL im soooo happy with the service. i ordered it on Wednesday they had it in stock, I received it on the following Monday....I'm going to look like a princess on my special day!! so happy"

"I recently ordered a kurta-pyjama/semi sherwani from BP. After ordering I read the reviews and they scared. I was afraid if the product would arrive in time and if it would be different from what I picked. The product arrived within a week of ordering it. It was a "In-stock" item. With the tracking number on DHL I could track it all the way. When I opened the packaging and put it on, it was perfect. Exactly as shown on the website. They had even made it a slim fit as I had requested. I'm sorry for all those who have had problems dealing with BP, but I couldn't be happier with their service, and will definitely use them again."

"Never ever deal with this site.A unproffesional and useless customer sevice going to help you untill you make to order and than they are just gone.I ordered lots of clothes on month before the EID.They send me my clothes one months after the EID.So they thake aproximately 2 months to send them.I was forced to send email and call them 9 times to get my clothes.And after a two months of waithing I receive 2 defected clothes and 1 with wrong mesurement.
When I told them about that they just run from their responsibility.They said "we can not help you with that, find a local tailor or make it useable your self"
I send them mail after mail.They refuse my request to refund and send new clothes.My worst internet shopping experience evere.
So nevere evere deal with this site.They are just pain in ass."

"FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

These guys are a complete fraud! Stay away!! I spent over $750 just this past July of 2012, the items were shipped in the wrong sizes despite filling out measurement forms. First, we were told things would get ship on a certain date, then got delayed for some reason, I had constantly call and fight with them to make sure things get shipped on time because we needed them for a wedding. They promised to ship everything within 15 days, but yet for some reason they could not, even for 'in-stock items'. Also, the website states everything is in stock and ready to ship, that's a lie! The only thing they have ready to ship is a small collection of cheap items listed in 'In-Stock' category on their website.

Anyways, despite all the headache of placing my order and making sure it gets shipped on time, I received my items just a day before and they were the wrong sizes! I complained and they requested me to send evidence(which I think is BS) of the items. They wanted to me to take pictures of these items with a measuring tape on it for evidence. So, after arguing more with them, I sent them the images they requested and all I hear from them is they did no receive the images, after arguing fighting again, and sending the images the 3rd time, they acknowledged by asking for more pictures. And not only that, they kept telling me keep sending them emails regarding my problem. What a bunch of BS. They were simply playing games and wasting time. They would hang on me when I would call and try to correct my order, or would say they don't know anything about the order and request me to keep sending emails! BS!

Till now, they haven't done anything to to fix my order, or even attempted to do so. They won't correct my items, just refused!! All they want is your money and will screw up your order. I sent them all the evidence they needed and it clearly showed the wrong sizes, but they simple refused!

I am so pissed off at them right now that even after spending $750 with those crooks, Bharatplaza won't do anything to fix my order!

CROOKS! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!"

"ordered a saree, which came but the blouse was firstly much larger than the size I gave them, and secondly different style from my (I changed the style 10 mins after I placed the first - and their site says you can do it within 24 hours).

STYLE:
When I told their customer service, but tried to tell me they already cut the fabric. Seriously, 10 mins after my initial submission of measurement? the real issue wasn't the style, it's more the size.

SIZE:
I'm not sure of other saree sites, but they tried to tell me that they leave a 2-3 INCHES margin for the blouse? They actually had a 4 INCHES margin on mine and tells me it is how it is. I'm not sure if people can wear something that is 4 inches larger, centimeters I can understand, but inches? I asked for the stitched saree too, and that didn't come with a 2-3 inches margin (luckily). They wouldn't replace it or refund money. They asked for me to send it back before they refund the money. I may as well not get the money back if that is the case, because postage to send back will probably cost more than the cost of the blouse itself.

I think it's just them not wanting to take responsibilities for their wrong.

Having said all that, the saree itself is good, but I probably wouldn't order from them again though. Worried I'll get something different."

"I recently placed an order with Bharat plaza. The communication was good to start with instant email replies and calls to trace up my payments. After three days of placing the order I was emailed saying the items I had ordered were out of stock. When I asked for a refund/cancellation of the order this is when the problem started there very reluctant to give you a refund or cancel an order placed with them instead keep emailing me to cooperate with them and choose another item from there site but aren't willing to refund me apparently because the order has been processed which makes no sense at all seen as the items are OUT OF STOCK. I've asked to speak to managers and supervisors but have had no luck and the email communication isn't as prompt anymore. My advise would be keep well away!!"
