I ordered two iPhone cases. <br><br>First issue: I checked the status of the orders two weeks after I placed the order and status did not change...it was still "pending" or something that. I am used to seeing progressive status like: order received, order placed, order leaving werehouse, order shipped, but nothing like this...it was vague<br><br>Second issue: a week or so later, as I happened to check my bank account, I noticed that I received a refund from BTR. I did not get an email or notification that one of the iphone cases had been canceled. I had to check BTR's website to find out the reason (unavailable).<br><br>Third issue: over 3 weeks later, I still had not received the second case...status was still pending. IN THE MEANTIME, the first item that was canceled was back on the sale event and available for purchase. I did not want to go through the trouble ordering it only to have it canceled again. And I'm still not sure why it was canceled to begin with.<br><br>Finally, the second case arrived...nearly FIVE weeks later!<br><br>Though I hesitate to go through BTR again, I did like the quality and cost of the second iPhone case to give them another chance. "I received my shoes in a timely manner. They were packaged with minimal excess which is a nice change from most online retailers. I would purchase from Beyond The Rack again in the future."
