I sent my comments into customer service and they replied with a reminder that because i took my sheet set out of the package I was ineligible for a return. I was not asking for a return, I just wanted them to know that what the item they are selling is horrid and that they are completely misleading the buyers. The worst customer service, ever!"
"While I realize that I did not spend alot of money on my bed in a bag - i found the quality very poor on the bedspread, lots of lumpy stitching that I had to remove. It looks like the tension on the sewing machine was not set properly. I had to remove several stitches and re sew on my own machine. I would not order from that company again. Service from beyond the rack was very good. always kept me informed of shipping dates etc.. too bad the product was so inferior. i did not return item as i repaired it myself"
