"Buyer beware! I hope my experience can save someone else from going through what we have. I ordered some rave gloves. They were defective. Tried to make contact with the company to report the problem. They would not respond to my email. When I finally did make contact on the phone with the company they told me to mail them back and they would send a new pair. However after paying the postage to return them and not hearing from them for several weeks we contacted them again. I was told they never received the gloves back. They would not let me talk to anyone on the phone about the matter but said I had to email customer service, which I did. The gloves magically appeared the next day and we were told we would need to pay postage again before they would send another pair. In the meantime I saw some bad reviews on this company in which others had received more defective items and paid out a lot of postage only to end up with nothing. That made me nervous so I asked for a refund. When I asked for a refund they then claimed we destroyed the gloves and did not return them in time. They would not respond to any of my emails after that. They have the gloves, my money and will not respond to any of my attempts to resolve this issue. I reported them to BBB and they are lying to them saying that we totally destroyed the gloves. Which is a complete and total lie. They lied about replacing the item, they lied about not receiving the item, they lied about the condition of the gloves that were returned. Do not buy from this company!

"Ordered a pair of rave light show gloves for my son for Christmas. They were not out of the package until Christmas day. After trying the gloves it was discovered that they were defective. Some of the lights did not work properly. Emailed the company they did not respond. After waiting a week found their number and called them. They told me to return the gloves with a letter explaining the problem. After I paid shipping to have the gloves returned. I did not hear from them. So I called to find the status on the gloves. They said that they had never received them. The person on line did not offer any help with the situation. I finally asked who I could talk to. I could not talk to someone, I had to email a customer service department. Who then informed me that they had seen the gloves and stated that there was a wire broke on them. They wanted to have me pay for shipping a 3rd time in order to replace them. When I told them I did not feel I should have to pay for shipping a 3rd time because they were defective. They claimed that the merchandise is tested before being sent out and put the blame on us for them being broke. I told them that they were broke when we got them. They then claimed it took 6 weeks to return them. I explained we did not know they were defective until Christmas and we ordered them the first week of Dec and then it took weeks to get them to respond before being able to return them. They have terrible customer service. They blamed us for their defective merchandise, claimed they did not have the merchandise after returning it when they did, then wanted us to pay a 3rd time for shipping, when I refused to do that they refused to refund our money and then claimed it took to long to return to them when they were not responding to us. They have the gloves which I paid for. I paid for shipping twice and have nothing in return. Do not order from this company they are a ripoff. Their merchandise is cheaply made, they will not refund your money if something is defective instead they come up with all kinds of excuses and will blame you for the problem. I will never order from Bewild.com again."

"False Ads For Face Paints If you read www.facepaint.ws at the bottom and see the bewild banners with the stolen photo you will learn that body painter did not use those glow paints. The face painter is made the pictures were stolen for fake ads on bewild and the painter was not paid or asked or she would have said no she does not market shit paint that is not ok for skin!
To prove this is true you can find the video and photos of that art in all version and the painter painted at BlacklightBodypaint.com also read about the paint used it was not crap sold by bewild or cheap paints like it."

"I just called them because they did not return my email. I ordered something to be delivered in 3-5 days and needed it in six days for a Halloween party. It will be here in 7. They said it takes two days to process. You suck. I guess I have to buy it locally now and have double. Lesson learned. In conclusion, you suck."

"I bought some pants from Be Wild.com and they sent me the right pair of pants with different designs not shown in site, so dont expect to get what you see in the site. If thats okay with you then you have nothing to worry about.

another thing is i had these pants for 1 day and when i tried using the strings on the pants for the first time the string ripped through the waist line so the life expectancy of the pants are a joke but if you dont use the strings they could last a few days longer maybe.

Customer Service is even more of a joke than the products they sell. took me several times to finally talk to someone to tell me that they didnt know what to do after i already sent them back. so now they have my money, the wrong pair of pants they sent me and i'm left with nothing it could be just my bad experience with these guys but be careful make sure your willing to lose everything when dealing with these guys."

"Don't do business with this company. They sent me a "red fusion" shirt that looked nothing like the picture. And after I returned it, they admitted that all of them looked like that. Instead of giving me a reimbursement, they told me to wait for the next shipment of shirts.

I waited 6 weeks without hearing a word from them. When I contacted them again, they told me that they'd never get it. Apparently they have a deceptive product and don't want to change their advertising; hoping that most people won't bother to return it.

Then, without offering me an immediate refund, they asked "Is there anything else I can get for you?". When I requested a refund, they didn't give me the shipping back--not even my side of it--insisting that it's against their policy, and that I talk to their supervisor.

So I sent this excerpt from their return policy to both them and their supervisor:

"If sending an item back due to a warehouse error or mistake on our behalf you are entitled to a credit for your return shipping to rectify the issue."

After which I never heard back from them. So I lost lots of time and over $10 in shipping.

"I purchased a product from www.goneblue.com in Wantagh, NY originally on Sept 9, 2009 (Order # 7525). One of the items that purchased was a Light up Equalizer T-shirt. The shirt required batteries to function properly and the shirt was worn for approximately 45 minutes before it stopped working. I called the company and returned the product to be replaced. I paid the shipping back to them and when they received the product, they stated that shirt was wrinkled/ruined and that I could not be refunded or exchanged for a replacement. After arguing with Joe(from Goneblue) it came down to me having to purchase another shirt and having to pay for shipping again. I received the replacement shirt (DELIVERED ON SEPT 29) and it worked for approximately for 1 hour before malfunctioning just like the original one I ordered. I emailed the company on Sept 30th to "rushbewild@hotmail.com" and did not receive a response. Two days later I had to call them to check on returning for an exchange because I never received an email reply. I spoke with a Bitch women who said that she could not do anything. She said "We sell 1000's of these shirts and do not ever have any problems, so I am unable to help you" I said you have a 15 day return policy which I am still within and your product you sold me is not functioning. She said that "the shirt was tested before it went out and it was working" I asked to speak with the person who tested the shirt, she said "they are not allowed to talk on the phone"... I asked to speak with the manager or owner and she hung up on. I called back several times and she hung up on me every time I called back. I paid for a bunch of worthless junk from this company. No items were refunded to me or exchanged. This company has not been honest with me and has lied about their return policy. I know these are not large ticket items that they sell, but business is business whether it be 1 dollar or 1 million dollars. My experience with this company has cost me about $200 in faulty items and shipping charges. I submitted this report to the Better Business Bureau of NY and Goneblue waits until the last minute to send a reply and they reply as if they have no idea who I am or that I ever ordered anything. I responded several times to BBB complaint with the order #, the dates, & the tracking numbers. After going back and fourth, Goneblue's final reply was that "the customer waited to late to contact us to refund or exchange the items". WHICH IS BULLLLLSH** I then supplied phone records to show the dates my calls were made and finally the BBB dropped Goneblue's rating and accepted my complaint. This company is garbage. Don't waste your time nor money with these A$$holes!"

"Not a good one! I purchased 275 light in the dark yoyo's for our Canada event to hand out to the kids. Well as we were handing them out the kids kept comming back and saying thay do not light up, or they are broken right out of the package. This is the second lot that I purchased as the first also had to go back because they did not work at all. I wrote to Bewild and said I was shipping these back and was told that it was past my 30 days so so to bad so sad. The kids got no yoyo's and I'm stuck with 165 useless yoyo's. I would not recomment that anyone buy from them as they also quoted me one price and charged me a higher price, They do not return e-mails when you have a problem nor do they return calls. I'm angry and disapointed that a firm could do that considering it is a non profit group that they are doing this to."

"Okay I hope people take the time to check out these review website's and save themselves the trouble of doing business with BeWild.com.

I placed an order on 5/27/2011 and of course got a confirmation email. When I didn't hear from BeWild regarding my shipment I called to verify my order information and shipping time.

Both phone number for BeWild 866-320-2537 and 516-221-4700
ring three (3) time then disconnects.

I looked a company up in the yellow pages that is on the same street as BeWild and they were nice enough (believe or not) to get in their car and ride down the block to check out their office/warehouse. He called back to tell me that there were no signs of life, nothing in the building and of course no cars.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was lucky enough to get my money reimbursed by my credit card company and they will go after this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE......."

"I don't know what everyone was ordering but what i got came out a lot better than expected... I got this nice butane torch that has 2 settings and i can lock them so they stay the same setting and the flame is hands free... i got a nice 3 chamber grinder with a built in pipe... I ordered my products on Wednesday 5/4 and got them today 5/6... I am very pleased. The prices were also very good for the product i received. Since i ordered at like 4 in NJ and their warehouse is in NY, I am going to put them down a star on shipping since it shouldn't have taken too long to process. I also called and a kind woman picked up. At first i was skeptical but now I like the place."
