"I purchased online from Beverage Factory because their website indicated that the item was in stock. On the next business day, I received an email indicating that the item was on backorder. I checked today (1/4/11) and their website still shows in stock. I contacted customer service. They said it was on backorder. I let the customer service rep know that I had purchased from them due solely to their site indicating that it was "In Stock". Their customer service was very polite but impotent. I'm nicking them for their website being out of sync with inventory."

"I have purchased from this store several times, and they've become one of my preferred vendors.The items I've purchased are reasonably priced. This was a premium product, with all vendors offering pretty much the same price; Beverage Factory had a 10% discount, which helped.Order was placed on a Sunday. The order was processed, and shipped, on Monday. I used standard ground service, and because we're both in Southern California, the package arrived on Tuesday.Unit was well-packed, arrived undamaged, and works fine.I've just placed another order with them, and I'm sure I'll continue to do business with them in the future."
"Beverage Factory was WONDERFUL! I ordered just what I wanted, and when I called to change the credit card I was using, the customer service representative was knowledgeable, polite, and FAST! I was a little disappointed on the speed of the shipping. I paid a premium of $21 for "2-day shipping" on my $200 order. I placed my order on Tuesday, but because it did not get PROCESSED by Beverage Factory until Friday, I did not receive my shipment until the following Tuesday. It was wrapped VERY carefully, however, and the box was in great condition when it arrived... good quality in a glass vendor! "
"Ordered a Breezaire WKL1060 wine cellar cooling unit. I generally try to avoid retailers whose rating is below 8, but Beverage Factory had by far the lowest price, so I decided to give them a try. I received an e-mail order confirmation, and a shipping notice with tracking number. The unit was shipped in a timely manner, arrived as promised, and works great. "
"I placed an order on December 21 and received a confirmation E-Mail, stating that processing should take 24-48 hours. I went with this company, because the company Micromatic didn't have, exactly, what I wanted and this company was a little cheaper than companies that did have it. On January 3, I hadn't heard anything; so, I tried to contact customer service, to find-out the status. It is a very cumbersomb process. The response simply said that if I wanted faster shipping, I should have paid extra. I wasn't even told that status of my order - very unfriendly. Customer No Service. Amazingly, my order shipped the day after I contacted them. It arrived a week later. I am pleased with the product. I may buy from them again, but I won't expect anything from customer service."
"I placed this order and was told it would be shipped and received prior to Christmas. As an after thought I decided to call and verify today and I was told I would not receive it before Christmas. I am angry at this lack of service. A phone call or e-mail notifying me of such would have been the courteous thing to do. The salesperson convinced me to get this unit, knowing my concern was receiving it before Christmas. I was told it would not be an issue with the 7-10 shipping time. I call today and find out it is on backorder. This lack of service means I now have to scramble to get this in the next two weeks and pay more somewhere else than I would have had to pay originally. I canceled my order and would never order from them again. Buyer beware, salesperson is full of it and customer service is less than helpful. There response to their mistake...."sorry""
