I am very sorry for the misunderstanding however the website was noted about the cut size in the same specific area that you now see it is noted as 8 foot. Since we opened in 2004 we have always shipped 12 ft. molding cut to 8 ft. and 4 ft. We recently changed to manufacturing and selling 8 ft. molding to better serve customers since all orders had to be cut to 8 ft. for UPS shipping anyhow. Many customers were having to buy longer pieces than needed when sold at the 12 ft. lengths.
If you like, I can arrange for a pickup of the molding and fully refund you for it and the shipping costs you incurred. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

We ordered the "Bevel" edge because on the product page it was the only edge that said that it was 12' in length. Since our project has a run that is 11' long this would give us an edge without a seam. <br><br>When I recieved the edging it was only in a 8' box. They took the 12' piece and cut it into a 8' and 4' section. I went to the website to validate that it was correct and they changed the page to say only 8' length and lowered the price. When I called customer service it was stated that they made a decision on Friday to stop making the 12' length and only make it 8'. They also told me that there was a disclaimer on the website that they could not ship it in the 12' length - but it was not obvious as I did not see it when ordering. <br><br>So now my project will have a seam in the edging but no where else.
