"Best Price Electronics are thieves. They sold me a gray market Nikon D7000, even though their website guarantees US made products unless otherwise noted (it wasn't noted). The camera stopped working and I had to send it to Best Price to get fixed. They sent it back - not only NOT FIXED, but they stole the battery ($60). I've tried to call repeatedly and they just hang up on me. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME - STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNETHICAL THIEVES!!!"

"They sold me a Nikon D7000 5 months ago without telling me that it was a gray market version. It now needs repairs, but there is no US warranty and the Nikon Service Center will not fix it. I am searching for someone who can do the repair work but will obviously be forced to pay for the repairs. Best Price Electronics has not bothered to respond to my complaint. Do not trust them! "Horrible experience!! What a fraud.. They lied about sending my purchase using UPS. They used USPS and it has been over 2 months since I have purcased my product and have not received yet. Canada custom reversed the item (it's just a camera!) and returned to the sender after 1 1/2 months. I called them a number of times but their customer service is quite rude and ignorant (ie. hanging up the call in the middle of the conversations). I am tired of dealing with the customer service & I want my money back!"

"they sell gray market without any discussion or notice that they will ship other then factory supported merchandise. When a problem arises they are slow to respond and even worse impossible to get a phone to answer. I have found them to be less then honest and hard to determine what is being done with the camera body they are supposed to be fixing or replacing. I purchased a Nikon from them and Nikon clearly will not support or fix their gray market equipment and now can not find what has happened to my camera. Hard to trust them in the future."

"This company is a fraudulent one!! Don't order from them!!! I've found this website from doing research about them because i have had similar experience. I actually ordered from amazon with them being the third party seller. I was attracted also because of their price. Just like the other people experience. Yep, no tracking number either. Thankfully I ordered through amazon because they have the a-z gaurantee program. So I will get my money back on Monday. Well after the third time of e-mailing them about a tracking number on a $1860 purchase I get a response stating that they will send me one the next day. Nope it never happened. I e-mailed them again 3 more times for a week! Still no response until this day. Amazon is investigating them. If I don't receive my package by Monday, I will be getting a refund. "

"Overall, everything went well with my order. I ordered a Nikon lens for an excellent price over Memorial Day weekend. On May 31st (the next business day), someone from BP verified my identity at my work number (I left that number as a contact). I called them back June 1 and was told my order was shipped. I received the camera lens on June 3rd. It wasn't gray market; it registered on Nikon's site and it works! Their phone reps are matter-of- fact, not rude. When I didn't get a free camera cleaning kit as advertised on their website, I e-mailed them & never heard from them. Though I subtract a point because I never heard from them, I didn't follow-up. The missing kit was not a big deal since I can buy one for under $20.00."

"I ordered a camera from this site because they appeared to have the best combination of price and customer satisfaction. The order went smoothly. Unlike other photography sites where you immediately get a phone call from a high-pressure sales associate trying to sell you extra batteries and extended warranties, I got a call from them only looking to verify information. I received the camera as advertised in a reasonable length of time. If I wanted to purchase another camera, and they had it at a competitive price, I would order from then again."

"I HAD ALSO A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
They play games and you never get you stuff. I reported them on DPREVIEW.COM (this is where I found them - or they found me!) Anyway, BPE or BPEletronics or what ever name they provided- I've reported them not just to my credit card but also to ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, BBB and I left several posts like this one.
BUY THE STUFF but NOT FROM THEM!!!!! TONY
-RESPOND today 6-24-2011 - I just received a call from someone at BPE... I am glad that they had to DEFEND THEM SELVES, but IT DOES NOT WORK! “This concerned consumer placed an order towards a Nikon D5000 on 6/10/2011 (evening) we were closed when receiving this purchase request. As normal protocol a sales rep confirming order information on Monday 6/13/2011 with no success. On 6/15/2011 the consumer emailed us stating "DON'T EVEN PLAY THIS STUPID GAME WITH ME!!!!!! You have send to me an email to RESPOND if I have any questions "BECAUSE YOU PROCESS EVERY ORDER ASAP!" -your QUOTE!!!!!!! Don't you dare to play F**** games like this! If I did not ask WHERE IS MY ORDER, how long would I have to wait????? I've asked to have my tracking number and when is my camera coming - where is my answer? The camera better be here by Friday! I pay and you ship! Most visa cards and master cards automatically call people if several hundred is spent on purchases so you just ship my camera and NO MORE GAMES!!!! Tony Fleming" Once again we had to verbally confirm his information and the consumer refused to. Our company flagged the order as fraud and NEVER PLACED A CHARGE ON THE CREDIT CARD. We did nothing wrong it appears this consumer was looking for a fight and we refused to give it to him. Finally (today) he decided to pick up his phone just to tell us I will complain to whom ever will listen...our response was ALL OF THIS BECAUSE WE WANTED TO CONFIRM YOUR INFO PRIOR TO RELEASING YOUR ORDER?!?!?”
